Great customer service
I'm going to start off by saying I am brand new to Americor, so I dont have anything to say on how well the process works, but I will say Jordan James was very professional, courteous, understanding, and willing to listen to my many concerns. I decided to enroll to finally have financial freedom for the first time in my life.

How to treat clients with respect!
If it wasn’t for Shaunai Smith I was ready to quit the program. She calmed me and didn’t treat me like a stupid person. She was the 3rd person I talked to and she was very professional and kind! All the others were annoying and didn’t seem to wanna help obviously since I had to deal with two others before Shaunai. The 5 stars are for shaunai only.

Good company for debt relief
This is honestly the best kind of company to turn to for Debt Relief. Only been a customer for 2 days but I can already tell this’ll be a great company to work on my debt relief. They were thorough. They have an app where you can keep track of the progress of your accounts which is a big plus. Quick shoutout to Jonathan Nelson. He went over the enrollment set up for me with Americor.
