Hired a Go Pro 12 for a free diving trip as mine packed up a couple of months ago. With Go Pros poor customer service….another review…I had to hire one. The process of delivery and returning is all super easy and kit delivered in plenty of time for my trip. Can’t fault. Thanks.

I hired an Evoc bike bag from Adventure Kit Hire and I would highly recommend! It arrived earlier than expected with all the parts and instructions required to use it and also to return it. It was collected promptly on the agreed date after the event. The box it came in was a bit battered but it didn’t affect the bike bag and the staff included a nice note to apologise. I had a question and received prompt response from customer service via email. With the delivery fee it was quite a bit more expensive than hiring from our local bike shop but for me it was worth it as I didn’t have to go collect it and return it. Overall 5 stars for product and service. I would recommend!

Wonderful service for D of E kit bundle. Everything arrived clean and ready. Returns super easy. So much better than having to buy everything at great expense. Will definitely use again! Great service

I recently bought a pre-loved Burley Jogger Kit from Adventure Kit Hire. The item was dispatched incredibly quickly. When I noticed a minor issue after unpacking, I contacted their customer service team and they were absolutely brilliant. They resolved it immediately by sending out a replacement part free of charge.
