I ordered an air fryer from Advwin through 3 different online suppliers, and Advwin cancelled the order after 2 to 3 weeks after accepting the order.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with ADVWIN and would strongly advise people to avoid this company altogether.
Their customer service is some of the worst I’ve encountered, consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Communication felt intentionally dragged out, with slow responses and repetitive, unproductive back and forth, as if they were just hoping I’d give up.
Dealing with ADVWIN feels like playing a game of roulette. If you're lucky you will get something that works, but don’t count on it lasting long, and if something goes wrong you’re left completely stuck.
Overall, this experience showed a complete lack of accountability and respect for customers. I would strongly recommend staying far away from ADVWIN and spending your money with a company that actually stands behind what they sell.

I have an advwin AF558T airfryer, whilst I was in hospital for 2 months ( I actually died). I came home and found the main knob broken off, on contacting advwin I was informed theyd pass it on to amazon (where I purchased it from). I replied queirying this as the part I need is an advwin part that I doubted amazon would stock. Eventually I asked if they could give me contact details for the spare parts supplier, they told me it was not possible I would have to find that myself. I then asked if thats the case then why cant THEY provide spare parts with MY contact details. After that no reply, on top of that microsoft screwed up my account so now I cant even check my emails to see if they did reply.

AVOID ADVWIN AT ALL COSTS: The Customer Service we received was absolutely appalling and their business marketing ethics lead me to purchase a item that is useless after 2 weeks of operation. Absolutely devastated to have wasted a couple of hundred dollars on this Company to end up with items not usable. Zero care shown by Advwin about their role in my situation and the financial distress it caused me. Super happy to take your money (be warned they also sell through Bunnings Online as well as direct) but if you encounter any issues, Good Luck with that. Their returns policy requires the customer to pay the postage to return items to them and then they will decide if a refund is going to happen. If refund isn't possible, then you have incurred the cost of return. Very quick to blame the customer for any difficulties and state the letter of the law to wiggle out of negotiating a resolution. Clearly a company that don't care for repeat customers. Would give anything to turn back the clock and never purchase from them.
Consequently, a complaint is now being made by me to the ACCC requesting them to investigate the business practices of this Company.

The company does not respond to emails. The contact phone number on their website is only a mobile number. Nobody answers and the outgoing message is in Mandarin chinese. An instruction on the website says to send a text message - they dont respond to that either. They wont [rovide any troubleshooting tips or copy of the operating manual. I dont know hpw these people sleep at night. It is no way to run a business.

She received it weeks ago and contacted SW directly as there was no power adaptor in the box to actually power it up. They got back to her asking for a photo of the missing item. Seriously? Curious to know how she could send a photo of something that is non existent. Her money is wasted. Mirror isn’t usable for what it was intended.obviously without an adaptor it has no light up ‘Hollywood ‘ lights. Absolute rip off .
The Car Fridge disaster
The Car Fridge that I received was OK BUT the Operating Manual was a joke. Poorly written and bearing no relationship to the unit regarding the Control Panel. It was impossible to use. The kicker was that when I returned it, carefully packed, etc, they gave me a 50% refund. What an insult. Never again will I buy from this company, or TEMU.

2. Bruce just passed the buck (couldn't answer two simple questions about self cleaning cat litter box (ie, why litter doesn't spread evenly to right hand side to cover urine/feces), and (why litter keeps getting stuck behind the rake)?
3. We bought 3 of their 76litre machines. You,d think they,d be more responsive but clearly they're not interested.
Will go somewhere else next time. Advwin heading to 'out of business.'

I purchased a recliner from Advwin that turned out to be faulty, dangerous, and not fit for purpose — it overheated, buzzed loudly, the massage function barely worked, and the recliner mechanism broke entirely.
Despite reporting all of this, I was met with weeks of copy-pasted responses, delays, and dismissive nonsense from their representative “Vivi,” who continuously ignored what I was actually saying. They offered partial refunds and meaningless “fixes” instead of acknowledging their legal obligation to offer a full refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law.
I’m also a person living with disability and on the NDIS. The way I was treated throughout this process was not only unprofessional but utterly disrespectful and emotionally exhausting. Advwin clearly had no interest in resolving the matter fairly and hoped I would just give up.
Thankfully, Amazon refunded me the full amount, no thanks to Advwin, who failed miserably at every step.
I strongly advise others to avoid this company. Their customer service is a joke, they will gaslight you, stall you, and pretend they're doing you a favour for offering less than what you're owed. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own — unless a larger platform steps in.

If zero was available i would put that. I purchased a chair 6 weeks ago and it's only created significant issues especially with my physical wellbeing. I have spent countless time showing videos and photos asking for a realistic option and only been given more time to get more. This has cause physical and emotional distress for me. And am now stuck in a wheelchair or bed full time because I can't afford another chair and they refuse to assist in a manner that actually can help. Please save your time and do not purchase or engage from Adwim. It's truly disappointing.

I've had a good experience with Advwin Dandenong.
