We sincerely apologize,this is not the level of service we aim to provide.
The main issue arose from a misunderstanding on our side. We were informed that the order needed to be ready by Monday last week, and as a result, we believed it was already in handling and logistics. This led to the order being finalized on Thursday, with shipment arranged for last Friday.
We completely understand how frustrating this delay must be, especially after waiting two weeks. To help minimize the impact, we have arranged an expedited shipping solution to reduce the delivery time as much as possible.
