Everything from start to finish was great. I also needed to change the brand of diapers I first received due to my son's incontinence levels and the customer service rep was super friendly and had my stuff shipped out within 48 hours advised me how I can return the ones I had and they ended up letting me keep those as well. The agent also recommended some add-ons that would help best with my son's needs that has helped me out tremendously and been literally a lifesaver. 10 stars all the way around!

Come on time get what i need an get information when it’s delivered

For some reason they always have a hard time get a hold of my doctors about my incontinence order they said they emailed m doctor with no response so when I seen my doctor last week I asked her about it and she looked thru her orders and said she never received and email from you guys pertaining to my order would like to come to a conclusion about this so I can get order on a regular basis. My doctor never received no fax from you guys about my order so now im gonna have to have a new script wrote again just gets old having to go they this on every order . Not sure of the date I'll have to look it up

It’s so easy to sign up for this program and everyone is very polite and professional at the same time. And the deliveries are on time every month!

After being a customer for close to a year, my account cannot be found. I could not have gotten these products from your company without my Dr consent. Medicaid hasn't had a problem paying for products so how is it my new address in Alaska has been lost..as if never had an account. I'm so disappointed

I have been reaching out because I need cleansing wipes added to my order with delivery.

Anytime I talk to anyone on the phone, Everyone is always so super nice. I have never had a bad experience with Aeroflow. We are having problems trying to find a correct size right now and they are being so patient, and understanding.
I am so glad that this is the company that we get his incontinent supplies through.

I love the privacy. Anytime I've had to speak to some over the phone they have been so friendly. I do wish the diapers were better. they leak and don't fit very well. Over all a pleasant experience!
