The original order you forgot to send the propeller screws. I did get but later.

Very poor support - I have tried on numerous occasions to purchase the Aeroo Pro - I also tried to find a phone number?? No where to be found (common for offshore Chinese run companies who sell themselves as "Australian" ) I don't have a problem with Chinese products but they need to understand that when you sell products to ANZACs in their country they will expect companies to back up their marketing commitments that they state on their web sites. Hopefully there staff will reach out and contact me with my contact details I included on 5 emails over the past week.

Easy and quick to delivery

The product is excellent and the team good to deal with. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the shipping was delayed, and I had to initiate contact on the delay.
Once contact was made then the response was good explaining the situation and then once shipping progressed the updates came through. The team could have done better here I felt.

It would be great if there was obstacle avoidance option however the drone performs great otherwise

Very disappointed…..not happy for my order!
They always keep saying that my pre order is arrived next week….
But it’s been almost 2months and there’s no update yet!

Absolutely love the drone! Works like it's supposed to and I am thinking about a second one.

After ordering the Aeroo drone, I was kept up to date with delivery information regularly and subsequently arrive as informed. Also any email questions have been efficiently answered quickly.

Extremely good communication about where my drone was and when I could expect it. Always answered my questions quickly. My drone arrived in perfect condition and quickly started having fun with it. Just a good company to deal with.
