I’ve had a terrible experience with Aeropay. Their customer service is honestly one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for over 3 weeks, sending emails constantly, and I still haven’t received any real help or response.
It’s extremely frustrating dealing with a company that handles your money but doesn’t have reliable support. There’s no clear way to talk to a real person, no phone number, and when you do reach out, it feels like your messages just get ignored.
What makes it worse is that I’m not the only one dealing with this. Many users report the same issue—slow responses, unhelpful replies, or no response at all, especially when it comes to withdrawals or account problems.
At the end of the day, if a company is dealing with people’s money, customer service should be a priority—and Aeropay is completely failing at that. Until they fix their support system, I wouldn’t recommend using them.

I’ve been dealing with slow support which is only available through email because they suspended my account with no notice or anything to let me know it was suspended. I had to find out from the sports book that they suspended my account. They told me my withdraw failed because I tried to deposit to my mother’s account but when I tried to deposit to my own it still failed. I am on my 3rd day of trying to withdraw my winnings and aeropay takes years to email back. It’s very frustrating.

They asked me to provide proof of my marriage license to be able to access money from my own accounts?? So strange. I did not send them anything!
I believe this company works with casino apps to prevent withdrawals for meticulous reasons if they can find one.

Received a message stating my deposit “would land next business day” well it’s next business day at almost 5pm and my bank is telling me I have no pending deposits! So I contact Aeropay by email since you can’t call them and they say 3-5 business days!!! Why lie and tell me next business day?? Terrible customer service and joke of a company!

Constant circles! Wont allow me to make a transaction after bank approved access. The worst onboarding process ever! It just doesnt work. Find another method; not Areopay.

I cant give them anything less than 5 stars. A online casino was trying to screw me out of almost $400. I was only able to get in touch with aeropay and they were able to get the casino to finally pay up. It took over a month but Aeropay was very responsive to my emails. Thank you once again. I normally dont write reviews, but you earned this one.

No customer support. They declined my transfer because of “risk of overdraft”, when I had $300 more in the account than what I was trying to transfer. Then the “support” AI tells me no humans are available to talk to. After messing with it a little, it connects me to a human who never responds to me. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a company or payment processor
