I had reason to ask a minor technical question concerning the recent installation of some electric gates and Rhys from the AESglobal technical department gave me invaluable assistance. I would certainly recommend this company.
I have two of the Pretorian guard gate entry systems. From day 1 they have never worked. After over two years of problem after problem and countless visits from both the installer and the supplier, installing new WiFi outdoor point, getting one of the units changed etc etc they are still not fully reliable. I have now given up any hope of getting them to work as designed. Expensive junk in my experience.

It was the first time I set up an AES Intercom. The default settings and configuration were easy, but I got stuck with the advanced settings. Initially clueless about how to get this switched over from the former owners to myself, I eventually found the AES wesbite and reached out to their technical team via the online chat.
I then benefited from superb and prompt help from Luke in the tenchial team who truly went above and beyond to help me get set up and even navigated me through things step by step on the phone. It was some of the best customer service I've ever received. I'd really like to thank him for his care - he is a real asset to AES.
The actual product seems great too and I'm enjoyed having the gates system in place.
Recently had an iGate Plus fitted to the electric entry gates where i live. To ensure that i the iGate was set up correctly i contacted AES Technical department , more specifically a guy called Luke who couldn't have been more helpful. He made sure that the unit was set up correctly and that i was confident with it.
Amazing product and support! We have recently started using the AES Opyn intercom.
We were using another product with a sim card which was confusing for our customers!
I installed my first AES Opyn intercom 4 weeks ago and what an amazing kit, I was unsure on how to setup the Robust 5G as it was all new to me.
I contacted AES Global Tech support and WOW 👌 they were so helpful , they sent me over videos step by step instructions via Wattsapp. Not only was the step by step so helpful the guys made the video there and then addressing me "my name" in the video which made it a personal and a friendly approach.
On handing the system over to our client I was amazed on how user friendly the App is, so many benefits for different applications which makes this product the "BEST" intercom I have ever used!
I spoke with RHYS at tech support and mentioned that in the 26 years in the fire and security industry I have never had such an amazing experience with Tech support! Honestly by far the best!
With having help on hand makes our jobs go smoothly and on time!

Following a few issues with our AES Intercom, the tech team have been very helpful including Keifer who has been always available on the phone. A special mention to Tim Evans who visited us today and was extremely helpful in getting us back up and running. "Great customer service Tim, thank you".
I have discover the company AES in 2017 and I am happy to work with their Intercoms products that are constantly evolving. This company has an excellent technical service and is always at the disposal of their customers. Most of the issues can be solved online or by mail. Recently I overlooked an upgrade of a Preatorian Guard. A few mails and one guide from the technicien eloved me easily the Transition from the Praetorian Guard App to the AES SMART Ap.
I have been using a mini e-loop for nearly 2 years and can highly recommend it. It was very easy to install and configure. I had occasion to seek technical help from AES and I can’t speak highly enough of the support I received 5 stars doesn’t seem good enough!!! The product is brilliant.
Not often I leave reviews but was very impressed with the response time and help I've received from Kiefer and the team at AES. So far the support has been outstanding. Reminds me of a bygone era when companies actually valued their customers.
