New Model
The ordering process was easy, it did take some time to get my order, but it is a new model and wasn't built until late March. Very pleased with the whole experience. The cart was easy to assemble, even though the book didn't cover the new updated battery. I will be using the cart on the course for the first time today.

Well Deaigned but some changes needed
The product is well designed but there are a couple improvements needed. The umbrella bracket where it attaches only has the serrated notches on one side so the umbrella is not securely attached and moves around which annoying. The brake is not adequate to slow down on a sloped surface. The lowest speed setting is too fast for walking and requires constant on-off to maintain a smooth walking pace.
The battery placement redesign is a huge improvement but I bought my unit about 2 months prior to the change.
Overall, the unit performs pretty well and I would recommend buying it provided the above suggestions are made.
Communication and customer support are excellent.

the mudguards are to short
the sales part went well and the delivery was as expected, only I used the cart ones and I was coverred in mud...so it's a good dry weather cart as far as my experience goes...?

The communication was very timely and friendly. The product design is also excellent. I received it last Friday. On Saturday, I tried it out while playing with my friends. They were all very curious and interested in the product. It’s really a great design. My friends also said they wanted to buy it. I’ve seen before where the battery was stored inside the ball bag. But in this model, the battery is located at the back of the product. That’s really convenient. Thank you so much.

One critique, but great product
This product in my opinion is easily 5 stars, I only gave it four, because people glimpse over the 5 star reviews but there is one small thing I think needs to be addressed. The metal bag carrier that the bag sits on needs to be slightly wider and maybe curve in a little to bring the straps more forward to grab easier. Also, the security straps I think need to be slightly longer for bigger golf bags.
The frame and tires are robust, the one click conversion from walking to riding is easy and great. Although I just received the product, I am very happy with the product. I splurged and bought the bigger battery, let’s see how things play out over the next year regarding the battery. Very nice product, very happy in the early uses. I wish the company success, I can easily see buying another one in the years to come.

An excellent idea with multiple deficits
I like the idea of the desing of the golf cart, however, when driving it on different golf courses I find that it is very difficult to maintain balance since the vehicle accelerates quickly and braking is delayed and sudden. Most of the screws arrived loose. The support of the golf bag has a very small base and the fastening systems are not secure. The costumer service is excellent and it is a very responsible company

The quality of the product is very good. The user experience is good however possibly a better description on how to unfold the scooter would be helpful.
Another helpful idea would be to provide a list of local agents who sell the product and can handle any servicing or maintenance repairs.

Was a little nervous about placing this…
Was a little nervous about placing this order but in the end it went perfectly smooth. Jon from AESWGOF was awesome to deal with. Upon arrival, my G3 Teedrive was packaged very well and took about 60 days to receive it. I was able to track it at every step along the way until it arrived here in Alberta, Canada. One thing they forgot to mention anywhere is that if you power up the G3 with the handbrake in the locked/engaged position it will flash an error code at you. The scooter has to be powered up with the handbrake off. It took me a while to figure this out. That really should be in the instruction manual somewhere. Haven’t had a chance to try it out on golf course yet as it is still winter here but have taken it for a few test drives around the neighbourhood. It works really well and is very easy to learn. Very anxious to try it out on a golf course as I’m a big believer in these type of single rider golf scooters and the enhancements they give to the game of golf.
