Not even one star!!! This place is a big rip off !! They show you items on their site but if you order those items they are not what you get !! Then if you try to get your money back ,well that isn't going to happen either!??? I ordered three items from them and only one was close to being right, I said close that item was not correct by any means??? One item I ordered was supposed to be beige and knitted ,we received a pink ,I have no idea what material it is ,and not even remotely the same thing I ordered ??? Another item was ordered as a 3 XL as were the other items but received a small instead ?? Nothing has been done for me ,was told I could receive coupons for my next order 😂😂🤣🤣 I told them there would never be another order from them simply because this was the first time I ordered from them and they couldn't get it right or made no effort to make it right???? Do not do business with these people!!!!

I ordered 3 products, when they arrived they were nothing like the ones described or shown in the pictures.
One was supposed to be knitted whool, another one a jeans jacket with an embroidery.
The were all just sweatshirts with a print. Also the print was very bad quality, by the way

I ordered 2 dresses. When they came they were nothing like the picture. They were sweatshirts with a picture of the cute woven dress I ordered. I contacted customer service and was offered a credit. I said no I want a refund. And they were supposed to send a return number to send with the return. They never did

Basically do not touch them with a barge pole. I ordered a top which they claim ahd been delivered ( it had not). I was unable to tack the order but when I attempted to resolve this matter. They again claim it had been delivered when no card was left. I was.left put of pocket and they have done nothing ti resolve this matter.

The information they shared with PayPal has been misleading saying it had been delivered when in fact no item jas been received.

Do not trust this company to send a product at all.

A fuire ... Surtout ne pas commander, les photos ne correspondent pas aux articles reçu. Sur la photo on pense que c est un vrai pull en laine et quand on le reçoit c est un imprimé imitation laine de très mauvaise qualité ! Et quand on veut renvoyer ils vous dises que comme c est à notre charge et que c est vers la Chine cela va nous coûter cher (effectivement 53€ !!!!!! Pour 3 articles) et que du coup ils nous proposent 20% de réduction sur la prochaine commande.
Une grosse arnaque

If I could give minus stars, I would! In fact, I will give them -10*. I hope that anyone considering ordering from these people read these reviews first. I wish I had and I am certain many others wish they had too. The items advertised look brilliant, what they don't tell you is you will be receiving something completely different and is cheap and nasty. It was going to be a birthday present, but I would be embarrassed to give that to anyone. I would consider giving it to my dog to lay on, but would have to turn it inside out so I can't see the horrible article. Below is an extract of an email received from aeuky.com:

"Since all the returns need to be sent to China. The freight incurred by the return shall be borne by the buyer.

"And it will take some time to wait for the return and confirmation. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, we can provide you with a 30% discount coupon.

"Because refunds need to be reviewed by many departments, it takes a long time, coupons can be offered immediately.

"In order to reduce your waiting time, we suggest you consider it. Looking forward to your reply."

Refunds need to be reviewed by many departments is a load of rubbish. It should only take about a week for the refund to be agreed and issued.

First, they offered me a 20% discount coupon, when I rejected this, they offered a 30% discount coupon. Then they have the nerve to "suggest" I consider this option. I have no idea what makes them think I would accept anything other than a full refund for the poor quality item they sent instead of the chunky knit cardigan I ordered. I have told them I will be taking them to small claims court. It isn't about the money, it's the principal and we should expect fair treatment and at least receive the item purchased. After all, we do have consumer rights on our side. When they sent me the confirmation email, it was basically a contract between us and they broke their side of the contract when they sent me inferior goods. It wouldn't have bothered me so much if it was a different colour, it's a totally different article I am unhappy about. I can't stress strongly enough to stay clear of this company. They will take your money, send you an inferior quality garment and make you jump through hoops to try and get a refund.

I would suspect that all of their items of clothing are of inferior quality.

Absolute shite!! Picture of a knitted pattern printed onto cheap crimpolene type fabric!! AVOID! Paid through PayPal thank God and was issued an immediate refund!!
Was offered a discount voucher from the site, as if I would spend another penny with them!!!

The item arrived today nothing like the picture which showed a lovely knitted dress, instead a shapeless cardboard feeling dress with knit stitches printed on it. Still.waiting to hear back regarding refund watch this space

Ciò che inviano, non è ASSOLUTAMENTE ciò che pubblicizzano. Quello che dalle foto fanno credere essere un abito lavorato a maglia, risulta invece essere una "roba brutta" di felpa STAMPATA (e pure male!). Una presa di giro TOTALE. Una vera truffa!
A chi posso rivolgermi per denunciare?

Now up to 40% refund and even if they gave me 100% they would go in the trash/garbage. THAT BAD

Its a scam, ship an inferior product, then refund a small amount or have the customer deal with a nightmare shipping return and they want me to pay the costs

Complete rip off company. Do not be fooled by the lovely pictures of knitted sweaters on their website- I bought one and received a poor quality long sleeved t shirt with a crappy picture on it. There is No returns policy. I was offered a 20% voucher as “it’s very complex and expensive to return the item to china and have it reviewed by many departments” DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY AEUKY.COM AKA Le YU of WYMOND STOKE ON TRENT.

Wanted to return item and I'm getting blocked from all angles plus the item I ordered is nothing like the picture

1* is only on there because less than that is not available as an option.
In hindsight, I should have seen this coming but was suckered-in by a garment that looked to be good quality, made in the UK, priced about right and just what I was looking for. What arrived was anything but that. It is printed - yes, printed!! - onto polyester with a polyester wool lining. There is no garment care label and no indication that this item complies with fire-retardance regulations. Bad enough this item is potentially dangerous and could melt if placed near heat- what adds insult to injury is that it shipped from China, not the UK as I was led to believe from the advert. I believe that refunds are available, on receipt of the item back in China - shipping will cost more that the refund is worth so there's no point! All in all, incredibly disappointing.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Goods arrive eventually but nothing like advertised. Their returns policy states you have to contact them within 7 days for them to then send you a return address. Never received an address just an email offering 20% off next purchase as the return would be China.
Even with a voucher I will never never never use them again.
Just dont waste your money, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Terrible. Photos don’t match the goods received. Shockingly poor quality. Jackets which are meant to be chunky and embroidered are nasty, plasticky, thin and screen-printed. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Customer service stopped responding. Looking for refund through the credit card company.

What a dreadful company, I saw what I thought was a great cardigan, Vintage Fairman Island Jacquard Buttons Sweater Cardigan
Color: Gray. It took a month to arrive and was absolutely nothing like described on their website.
Avoid this company like the plague.

Two items i received are nothing like advertised and only response following my emails was that it is too difficult to arrange returns and refunds from China. Avoid at all cost. Hopefully PayPal will resolve.

Ordered a chunky knit hoodie, received a crap printed PoS.
