Beautiful piece however the instructions are terrible. The alarm keeps going off - help desk has been less than satisfactory. I have written a number of emails as an overseas customer - as of yet no response.

Thank you for your review. Though completely inaccurate and unfair, after you sending an email at 5 am UK time to which we replied at 9am and have worked tirelessly since to resolve. The instructions are basic because it is extremely simple to set up, as noted by all our other customers reviews. I had a staff member re write it in extremely simple terms to which you have now succeeded to alter the pass code. We worked as hard as possible to resolve your issue and which in your own words said IT IS NOW WORKING, (which it always was).
I think it extremely unfair to use this review platform to bully anyone into responding out of working hours, and to not allow contact and resolution first in a reasonable amount of time.
We care about all our customer transaction and do all we can to make the experience a great one.
We also asked you to remove the review as we had solved everything, to which we get no response. Extremely unfair way to handle a business transaction, though not entirely unexpected from an overseas customer.

Build quality and price excellent.
Customer service very quick. I bought a 6 watch winder and its high quality. For me, its better than a Wolf at 1/3 of the price. The clasps for your watches are very easy to fit and release. The build quality is excellent. Highly recommend.

They give 3 years guarantee on their products …. Maybe I should review them after 3 years

Good for my Rolex, not so sure for my heavy TAG
The product is great but my only concern is that this is for expensive watches, it is fine for my Rolex but my TAG is heavy and the holder does not seem stronger enough for it. If the spring in it was stronger that might help

Hello Tom, Thank you for the review. The spring is at optimal tension so as not to stretch the watches bracelets, especially gold ones. We have not had similar comments from other buyers so I wonder if you bracelets wrist size is at or over the maximum for the watch holder, that could be the issue. adding a small foam pad under the watch head will solve this. Thank you again.
A Useful Product
Delivery of the watch roll was well on time, as I needed it to take along on a trip. The design and utility of the product itself seems okay for now and is much cheaper than other similar watch rolls that I had also looked at.

perfect product
What made my experience great, hard to answer that the product is excellent, and the design is perfect. It works well for the watch from a non-criticism point of view. The difficulty with the market is it they rarely make items that fit 25 to 28 mm wrists, your product is perfect thank you. I so rarely ever give reviews because I can’t see the point.
