I am very disappointed with how Affiliate World Conferences has handled the Dubai 2026 event.

My ticket was automatically moved to Dubai 2027, but due to other plans and personal circumstances, I will not be able to attend at that time. I understand that refunding every ticket may have a major financial impact, and as a business owner myself, I genuinely wanted to find a reasonable solution together.

I asked whether my ticket could be transferred to another Affiliate World location that I am able to attend. Unfortunately, AWC offered no flexibility at all. The only option presented was to keep the ticket for Dubai 2027, despite the fact that I physically cannot attend that event.

There was no alternative event, credit option, transfer solution, or meaningful attempt to accommodate the situation. For a company operating global conferences, this lack of flexibility and customer care is unacceptable.

An absolute failure in customer service and event management.

Extremely poor business ethics. Affiliate World cancelled the Dubai event and is now refusing to issue refunds. Instead, they are forcing everyone to accept a "ticket transfer" for next year. I didn't pay for a "credit" or a 2027 ticket; I paid for an event that didn't happen.They are hiding behind their "Force Majeure" clause to keep your cash while providing zero service. It is completely unprofessional to expect attendees to provide an interest-free loan for a year because the organizers can't manage their risks.If you are being denied a refund.
File a dispute with your bank immediately for "Service Not Provided."
Lodge a formal complaint with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
Report the company (VCEGH HK Limited) to the Hong Kong Consumer Council.Don’t let them keep your money for a service they failed to deliver. Avoid this organization until they learn how to treat their customers fairly.

This is a company that portrays itself as professional online and on social media but behind the scenes is anything but.

Due to the conflict in the Middle East the Dubai event was cancelled, which AWC is obviously not to blame, but how they have handled this is incredible.

I had a trip booked for me and two team members, with British Airways, Emirates and AirBnB, all of which gave me full refunds for the cancellation. However, Affiliate World Conferences refused to refund me the $3,800 I paid them.

This is by far the most unprofessional organisation I have ever come across in business, borderline corrupt. It's an absolute disgrace that they have not refunded any of their customers by hiding behind calling the cancellation a "postponement" to 2027. The event will be of absolutely no use to my business then as I will already have everything setup.

Please be aware, their social media content is not a reflection of this very poorly managed and dishonest organisation. I for one will never entertain the thought of ever attending one of their conferences. They're obviously a cash grab company, avoid!

I understand that the Dubai conference was canceled because of an emergency situation, and I am not blaming Affiliate World for the cancellation itself. These things can happen, and I fully understand that exceptional circumstances are sometimes outside of anyone’s control.

What is absolutely not acceptable is what happened after the cancellation.

Instead of refunding customers, Affiliate World is hiding behind its terms and conditions and refusing to return the money. That may be convenient for them, but it is completely unfair to the people who paid for this event in good faith. My trip was fully planned, and the tickets were purchased back in 2025. I have no guarantee that I will be able to attend next year’s conference, so forcing me to accept a postponed ticket instead of giving me a refund is unreasonable and disrespectful.

To make matters worse, support is extremely slow, with response times of 7+ days, which only adds to the frustration. The whole experience feels cheap, careless, and deeply unprofessional.

The cancellation itself is understandable. Refusing to refund people after canceling the event is not.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing customer experience, and I would be very cautious about trusting this company again.

I have purchased a ticket for DUBAI 2026 and due to cancelation of event, AW refuse to refund my ticket and instead giving me a ticket for 2027. I have no use for that ticket and do not want my 1429$ to be frozen.

their support team is non existing, I have been sending them several emails regarding my ticket and nobody responds. also nobody responds to their live chat either.
I have also texted them via Instagram but again NOBODY responds.

Outstanding Experience – Worth Every Bit

I attended the Affiliate World Conference in Bangkok in December 2025, and it was hands down one of the best industry events I’ve experienced.
