Best service for Grant of Probate, no hidden fees and efficient communication. I was assisted by Mark who helped me with my application. Kept me updated and made contact with me as soon as the grant was approved. Very happy with the service.

Mark was my contact and was friendly, helpful and very professional throughout the time sorting out the probate. The legal team New Law legal, were also very efficient at pursuing my probate claim. I initially contacted a local solicitor for probate services but the cost was extremely high and the lead time before we could get an appointment was very long (due to the Christmas break).
I looked at online services and saw Affinion Probate.
I was a bit worried at first about using an online service but I read all the reviews and felt reassured.
I’m SO glad I went with Affinion.
Mark Stephens was very knowledgable and very reassuring about a slightly complex situation we had which gave me a great deal of confidence. The fixed price was made very clear and was never altered (and was a fraction of the price quoted by the local high street solicitor).
Affinion were able to start the probate process immediately and Lisa, at New Law (their legal partners) was equally responsive and helpful.
From my first telephone appointment with Mark to receiving the Grant of Probate certificate in my hand took 8 weeks (and this was over the Christmas period) - this was way quicker than I had expected.
