Mark was excellent : Knowledgeable, personable, communicable, friendly, helpful and contactable. All at a very reasonable cost. In fact saved me money in the long run.

This is the second time we have used Affinion to arrange probate. We had been so impressed with Mark Stephens and the legal team in arranging probate for my father-in-law that when my aunt died there was no thought of using any other company. They are very efficient, from the initial phone call, right through to obtaining the Grant certificates. My aunt’s estate was more complicated as Inheritance Tax was due, but once HMRC had agreed on the amount due (and taken it!), the Grant of Probate was obtained within 1 week! Affinion partner with Taylor Rose solicitors to handle the legal aspects and they are equally efficient and responsive. We dealt with Liz Middleton at Taylor Rose and she was excellent. We have advised other people who may need to obtain probate to contact Affinion as not only are they friendly, helpful and efficient but they are very cost-effective too.

Affinion websites do not say who they are, no Legal entity cited, but address links to 2 companies both with only one current officer SAHID, Mohammed. All these 5 star reviews are bogus - Anyone can put up a review.

Excellent service turned the probate around in approx 6 weeks. Always came back to my questions on email and made the whole process hassle free which is what I needed when trying to deal with everything else.

We needed Grant of Probate for my mother's house sale and only found out in the later stages of the process. Having read Trustpilot reviews, I decided to approach Affinion. Within 24 hours, I had a telephone meeting with Mark in which he explained the next steps clearly. Within a week of that, all paperwork had been completed and was with the next solicitor for processing. All in all, communication was excellent at each stage and I felt well supported in my understanding of the bigger picture. Very happy with all concerned, effective straight forward just the right amount of information leaving hardly any questions needing to be asked. Just remember when you are having to do the waiting bits you are waiting for the government to do their bit so be patient and affinion will get it sorted as soon as possible for you.

Very grateful for the excellent way in which Mark, who was our initial point of contact, handled the estate of my mother, along with Robynne from start to finish. It was quite complicated as it involved trusts but they took care of the whole process. The probate was granted extremely quickly.

From finding Affinion Probate through an online search to the initial contact speaking to Mark, he reassured me that I would be looked after. When you've lost someone and your head is all over the place with all the legal and everyday things you have to do, Mark was there. Yes, it is a long process, but finally after afew months the process has finally finished. The cost was very reasonable, not like some of the Solicitors I had contacted!

I enlisted the service of Affirmion due ro being given the run around by a solicitor.
Initial point of contact was easy due to the website being easily navigable and staff being on hand to speak through my issue quickly.
They were informative and reassuring and the key point for me, when compared to other law firms I had spoken to, was that the whole.process had a flat rate with no hidden fees.
They were available to answer queries throughout the whole process and I felt informed for the duration.
