100% Scammer Do Not Buy
I am writing to share our recent experience with Affirma Distributors which has been highly disappointing and costly for our company. After purchasing a product from Pharma, we discovered that it did not match the specified brand, causing significant doubt about its authenticity. Despite this, the product remained in the Affirma Distributor's warehouse.
Upon realizing the discrepancy, our CEO requested a return and refund, intending to purchase a different product instead. Unfortunately, Patrick, our point of contact, declined this request without demonstrating a professional approach. This refusal resulted in our company incurring a loss of over $1,700—the cost of the product.
Subsequently, our CEO asked Affirma to store the product and sell it when possible. However, despite multiple follow-ups, Patrick only responded to inform us that storage would incur hundreds of dollars in costs. When our CEO then requested to ship the product to Canada, where they reside, the shipping cost amounted to $120. Additionally, the customs fees for the two products were $168 and $95 respectively.
Overall, our dealings with Pharma have been marked by unprofessional conduct and poor customer service. This experience has led to significant financial losses and has been highly discouraging for us as a new seller.
