Vanessa was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. When dealing with someone that take your situation in their hands, she was very comforting. She was brainstorming with me on things I could do. Vanessa made me feel like she had my best at hand.

I was new to the website and I had tons of questions but she was so patient to go through with them one by one. What a kind soul!

Even though I had many questions, Vennessa V made sure to take her time and explained what I needed to know. she helped navigate me through the website without any trouble and due to her help I am much more confident in how to use the website and understand information viewed.
