I've only used then a couple of times but I've been really impressed. After the lab that I completely worshipped closed down I spent a lot of time trying others with varying degrees of disappointment. The final straw was having my last roll of Velvia ruined by poor processing by one of the more aggressively marketed (and overpriced) newcomers. I wish I'd discovered AG sooner. My films have kept the emulsion's colour palettes very well, cool for Fuji, warmer for Kodak and others. Currently waiting eagerly for my pics from a recent trip to the Azores.

The pandemic did for the lab that I had used for years, so I’ve only been using Ag since 2023. They’re quick, and the quality of the processing and printing is superb. Can’t fault them.

I have been using AG for years, processing countless amounts of 35mm film. Never once have I had an issue.
Always quality results with quick turnarounds.
In a couple cases they have gone above and beyond to salvage my poor shooting or over exposure. Absolutely cant fault them, and their customer service is just amazing!

Have been using this lab for years as an amateur and the service is amazing. I've had old film and torn rolls from bad cameras, but this lab will always have a solution. Good quality and a good turn around.

My Dad was processing his wedding work in the same lot at Gaffney's lab in the 2000's. Great to see the lab alive and well. Have recommended this place to many others.

I was tempted away/wooed by some of the labs that are out there and making themselves known on Facebook etc. A little bit disappointed with my last two experiences with one of these labs (scans very flat- possible poor film development) I reached out to Matt at Ag. I posted my roll of Portra on Thursday evening (first class free post label) and by late Friday morning I had my scans back. They were really clear and had the ‘film’ look that I was looking for (not too ‘digitised’). Ag have the perfect blend of: excellent communication/great turnaround- obviously this could vary depending on demand- sensible pricing and most importantly- quality. Thanks, again, Matt and team. Will be using you for all my work now on.

Having recently returned to photography and printing after a few years, finding this company has been fantastic. Their service is fast and friendly. Most importantly, the C41 prints are incredibly good quality and fantastic value for money

Great results, but turnaround time seems to have dropped off recently. With my last two 35mm C41 films it’s taken a week for my scans to become available. My first choice, but I’d go elsewhere if I needed scans in a hurry.

Once again, an incredible order turn around time from yourselves.
