Razvan was very helpful today

I was approached by a desperate salesman named Rizvan from Ageless London at Westfield White City while I was with my 14-year-old daughter. He used aggressive and manipulative tactics, repeatedly pointing out supposed “flaws” on my daughter’s face to make her feel insecure. Targeting a minor in this way is completely unacceptable.

He struggled to find any issues with my skin, yet tried to sell me an eye serum despite having very large bags under his own eyes, which seriously undermined the credibility of his claims.

The “peeling serum” demonstration was misleading — the peeling is simply the product clumping together, not dead skin being removed. He then offered a discount in exchange for a positive review, which raises serious concerns about review manipulation.

Overall, this experience felt like a scam built on pressure, insecurity, and gimmicks. Thankfully, my daughter’s card payment didn’t go through. I strongly advise others to avoid.

My experience at Ageless London in Westfield Shepherds Bush was excellent. I purchased a skin product and tried the Sonics Vibration Therapy. Both exceeded my expectations. Wow, the coral luminous wrinkle reducing treatment is incredible- and razvan is brilliant at showing us the product range and getting us as customers and returning back!

Razman was very knowledgeable about all of the products, I’ve never really worried about wrinkles around my eyes, they happens as you get older, however after a few minutes of applying the Lumi cell wrinkle refining solution I have to admit, I’m amazed, practically wrinkle free around my eyes!

Liliana had spoken to me at westfield white city whilst with my brother and gave us some free samples. once she sat me down i was absolutely stunned by her knowledge and experience in her field of work and felt like i was in the hands of a dermatology expert. she was insanely intelligent, interesting, and kind. Contrary to the other reviews i didnt feel pressured to buy her products at all, she was very understanding of her high quality products being worth what they are and was kind enough to let me sample another product from her. 10/10 would buy again.
