Age Partnership were fantastic…
I had sought advice for my pension through a local financial adviser, after my first interview where i told them what i wanted to do i had to wait 2 months before they got back to me and it was nothing like i had askwd them, they also wanted £5k plus anothwr £1k a year after that for a service fee. Then I asked my pension provider for the same and they were £30k down on what Age Partnership provided. At the first contact with them they were assuring, polite and proffessional. They rang me with weekly updates how the matters were proceeding and were even earlier delivering my payments than the original estimate. I cannot stress how amazing and reassuring i found their service. If you are about to sort your pension out look no further than Age Partnership. You wont be disappointed.

I found the gentleman patronising and negative
It is rare that I cut a call my only regret was not cutting the call after 10 minutes.I just found it frustrating.I have since written to the ceo but as yet have not heard back yet

Highly recommended
I'm a relatively intelligent woman but would have struggled to navigate the process of purchasing an annuity without the help of Age Partnership. They dealt with three pension companies and helped me to complete all the quite complicated paperwork. They kept in touch with weekly calls and emails and were unfailingly polite and professional.
