Age UK Trading Incontinence Reviews

Brilliant service as always. Easy to use their computor site and delivery in two day. Well done

very prompt delivery - appreciated.

Easy online ordering, quality products and prompt delivery

I submitted a question, explaining that my 49 year old daughter had had a stroke and had needed incontinence pads ever since but that most of the urine still ended up on the floor. I asked which pads Age Co would recommend but all they did was ask which pads she was currently using.

Wanting some more absorbant pads asap, I added one pack to my basket and checked out. Then I received an email, saying I had left something (another pack of pads) in my basket. So I checked out with those and of course, I then had to pay another £3.75 delivery charge.

Ordering from this company was very easy and straightforward. Delivered in unmarked wrapping. Delivery was quick. Product was exactly what I needed. Payment went through without any problems. Very pleased.

Quick delivery & easy to deal with. The pants were not so good for me. Quite uncomfortable & not a very good fit.

Good choice of products and confident quality would be good.

Fantastic service, good range of products, easy to order and prompt delivery.

Easy finding what I wanted on the website. Pads much cheaper than those available in shops, but still do what they are supposed to. Happy bunny, especially knowing that profits are sent to Age UK if you buy Age Co products.

My mother really rates the product from Age Co Incontinence but the delivery company, Evri, are not up to the same standards.

Parcel arrived in time without any reference to the contents. The incontinence pants fit will and so far no leakage therefore I would recommend.

Online experience. very good, no issues, communication is polite and prompt.

Got the information Ineeded and items were ordered

Good choice and the information provided was very thorough

Excellent products, advice and service. Would highly recommend.

Easy to use service with a range of effective products and fast delivery

Recommended by Mum’s carer. She needs night time incontinence pull-ups. Easy to use website, very good price, fast delivery.

My elderly neighbour's daughter is autistic and she asked me if I could possibly order wipes for her mother I'm elderly and thought it would take me ages to get the order processed. Wrong!!!!! It was so simple. Thank you so much for providing the service

I find the service extremely useful. The ability to change all aspect of future orders extremely useful. Incontinence is not consistent, so flexibility of orders is paramount. A wonderful service.
