Our upstairs heating zone had stopped working. Nathan visited our house, and not only fixed the problem, but explained it in layman's terms meaning I could actually understand what had happened.

He also taught us how to look after our heating system, for which we are very grateful!

Absolutely amazing company and service. Customer service 100%. They have serviced my boiler and engineered any replacement parts with expertise. I would 100% recommend this service.
