He tried to con me,ignored me after paying for goods i wanted tracking number but asked ebay to step in after days of being ignored ebay finally got threw to the t..d and finally agreed to pay me back.dont buy from him he's a thief

Awful - spend your money elsewhere!

Ordered early morning for next day delivery.
However no items have turned up.

I’ve emailed them and been ignored.
Messaged them on social media and been ignored.
Phoned them yesterday and was told my items were due to be delivered that day - I’ve received nothing.

I’ve asked for a tracking number - nothing.

They now won’t answer the phone to me.

I’d placed an order away back in 2021 and had no issues so didn’t hesitate to place this order.
Now I really regret this and wish I had done my research.
I really needed the items urgently hence paying for next day delivery.

I initially encountered a delay and an issue with the goods I purchased from Agri Supply, but Mark stepped in and turned the situation around. He took charge of resolving the problem, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the process. Even when an additional hiccup necessitated the replacement of the goods, Mark handled everything efficiently and effectively. His professionalism has restored my faith in Agri Supply. Mark is truly an asset to the company.

Express delivery was late. The 4ft electric fence posts are well not as I expected, weak flimsy poorly made definitely will not buy again. Online communication was not good ended up calling them for the delivery number to chase FedEx. The delivery number they sent on the email was incorrect. Very disappointed

Ordered fence posts next day delivery. Great product at a great price and super service. Really happy as had been worried after seeing some negative reviews!

Absolutely TERRIBLE COMPANY,take your money and then don't ship your goods, even though they state next day delivery, they ignore emails, do not use if you want your goods or your money back, I've had to open a PayPal dispute

Ordered wheel barrow parts on the website. No parts arrived and have ignored all follow up emails.

I've raised a paypal dispute now so hopefully they will force the refund.

We have bought items from this firm for a long time. However this last time we bought a rutland esb500 energiser from them which stopped working if it rained. We asked that the firm to either refund us or replace it. We communicated with them via telephone, email direct and email through Ebay over a period of some weeks. They effectively ignored our concerns and wouldn’t respond to us. Finally we had to ask Ebay to force a refund from them after having sent the unit back via a tracked Post Office service, which showed their receipt of the defective item.
It appears that this firm is very efficient in sending out goods, but if there is a problem they simply don’t want to know and ignore all attempts at getting help or a refund. See negative Ebay feedback
Often the measure of a good firm is in the manner in which they deal with customer’s problems. This is not a good firm.
