AH Appliance Repairs Reviews

The engineer arrived on time. Located the problem and knew exactly what was needed to repair it. He kept me in the picture all the time. The repair took a few minutes only. Very pleased with the work.

I would certainly recommend this company.

Very efficient engineer who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Fixed the Microwave with the minimum of fuss and no hidden costs!

Excellent efficient service - thank you

Quick to visit, great comms, quick good value repair, lovely guy. Thanks!

On time, courteous, knew exactly what he was doing. I would have AH back again for any repairs required.l

Excellent prompt service. Highly recommended

Very prompt and helpful service. The problem was fixed quickly.

Absolutely brilliant service!
They came out to fix my washing machine first thing after the Christmas break and then did all they could to get the part and fit it asap.

Great service as always, quick and efficient and couldn't ask for better

Good communication via Facebook Messenger, quickly arranged a call out for a couple of friendly guys who spent time troubleshooting the issue with my dishwasher. Unfortunately they didn't fix it first time, but came back out, identified a part that needed replacing, then came back and fitted the part. Now my dishwasher is working perfectly again! All this for a single call out charge and paying for the part. Great value for money, would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, replied very promptly to my message, booked my appointment and arrived on time. Very quickly found and fixed the fault and was great value too.

Easy to book appointment, and about 8am in the morning I got a text with estimated arrival time - so no hanging around all day. Nice engineers who fixed the problem with my washing machine. Would recommend and use again,

Very efficient service. I contacted them via messenger about a washing machine problem. I was given a day that they would call and then I was messaged early in the morning on that day with a time. The engineer arrived at the quoted time, was friendly, tidy and able to sort out the problem. Good value too.

Excellent service came out very quickly I always recommend

Excellent fix on our overworked dishwasher…

Great Service, moments after I booked my appointment on the phone talking to a human I received an e-mail confirming the date & time slot Andy was due to arrive, telling me I would get a text on the day giving me the anticipated time of arrival…..7-34am on 20th December I got that text, confirming Andy would be with me at 2-30pm & yes he was with me at that time. Andy certainly knew his stuff putting the new seal on my Freezer door, which was not as straight forward as expected referring to a contact at Electrolux he knew. End result the freezer is working better than ever. I will definitely turn to AH Appliances in the future if I have problems in the future

Great communication. Punctual, efficient and very knowledgeable. Job done well and for a fair price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others or use again myself.

they talked with us to ensure we got what we wanted, then did it .

Well organised use of texting to inform me of approximate arrival time on day of work. All work sorted before Christmas at only short notice on my part. Thanks, all spot on
