10/10 would recommend. Craig was super quick to respond, communicated well throughout and did a great job of changing our broken handles over. He even shared a video showing what he'd done as I couldn't be there. Wouldn't hesitate to use again 🙌🙌
Cheltenham based - The booking process was seamless and Sam's turnaround was really quick. Sam was punctual, really knowledgeable, and friendly. We had several locks changed and he's given us total peace of mind. We will be using AHLP again and we're are really pleased we found them.

Sam provided speedy service, getting out to us the same day (for a non urgent issue) and communicated well throughout. He had to come back and fit a part and this was done promptly and carefully. Would certainly use again and recommend to others.

Sam came out on the same day as my initial call. He was immediately so helpful and arrived within an hour. He identified the problem promptly and did his best to source the required part as soon as possible. Due to it being just before New Year there was a slight wait to get the part delivered. Sam rang around to different businesses to see if he could get it quicker. Sam returned today to fix the garage door with the new part and it’s now locking again as it should! I highly recommend Sam for any locksmith work and will certainly contact him again if needed. Thanks Sam!

Sam was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was so friendly, professional, reliable, and completely trustworthy. His response and arrival were incredibly quick, keeping us updated on his arrival and working with us to determine the cause over the phone for a faster resolution - which was exactly what we needed with a door that wouldn’t shut so late in the evening! He really went out of his way to help us by fixing the issue and replace parts required, despite the late hour. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a local, dependable locksmith. Very pleased with our new lock, we were in a pickle but he figured it out and swiftly replaced the lock. Highly recommend AHLP Locksmiths will defo use them again if we ever need a locksmith.

Sam was fantastic, came out the same day and fixed our door in under an hour. It was unfortunately raining quite a lot, but he still got the job done, and late on a Friday evening. Sam took time to make sure we were happy with his work and gave us all the information about the new keys, including a warranty for the lock. Very pleased and would highly recommend!

Right from my initial enquiry I was impressed by the speed of response and the helpful information provided. Sam came when expected and was very pleasant to deal with.
