My daughter is 5 and has a keen interest in languages. We chose Spanish because of the tutor!
Maria is great with her, engaging and makes it fun. She’s adaptable as we’ve had to resort to online lessons at short notice and it was never an inconvenience.

I have known Mari for many years and she has been teaching my daughter Spanish. Mari has great patience and engages brilliantly with children. She makes lessons fun as well as interesting. You can’t beat learning from a mother tongue speaker.

My 8 years old son has followed Maria for almost 2 years. He enjoys the lessons very much. He started from some vocabulary and now he can make sentences and sound pages of book. Maria is a very patient and helpful teachers. After every lesson, besides she summarizes what they have done and also let me know what need to follow up. Then I can practice the area at home with my son.

I have been having Spanish lessons online with her for nearly a year, her way of teaching, explaining and the way she happily goes over topics I find difficult is very impressive. Maria is an excellent tutor! She helped my daughter prepare for her Spanish A level speaking exam with several weekly lessons over Zoom in the run up to the exam. She tailored the sessions to my daughter's requirements and was friendly, patient and approachable. The sessions were fun and enjoyable and my daughter really looked forward to them. Having a native speaker really helped and any corrections and feedback were immediate. My Son was struggling with his Spanish GCSE so my wife and I decided to sign the 3 of us up with Maria. None of us were great but Maria was structured and patient and got some great results out of us. I now understand grammar, my wife can order food and drink on holiday and our son ended up getting his highest GCSE grade in Spanish. I would highly recommend Maria, she made the whole thing good fun and she is a great teacher.

Maria is an excellent teacher and tutor. She has a lot of patience and textbook/workbook type materials available that help to build on concepts that are difficult, or to use as practice. She helped me immensely with conversation skills and real world examples including current events, music and culture. She was not only a great teacher but a good friend.
