Really enjoyed the 2-day Minor Illnesses course with Allied Health Training. It was practical, relevant to day-to-day community pharmacy, and packed with useful clinical cases and discussions.

The trainers were knowledgeable, friendly and approachable, which made it easy to ask questions and get involved. I came away feeling more confident in assessing and managing a range of minor illnesses and putting the learning into practice.

I’d definitely recommend the course to other pharmacists looking to develop their clinical skills. Well worth doing!

Very informative and covered all bases. The trainers are extremely competent and knowledgeable in all aspects 360 when it comes to all the grey areas.

We arranged vaccination training session with them for 14 staff and they sent Hafsa who is brilliant trainer. She's a pharmacist and she understand how vaccinations work in community pharmacy and more relevant to us. We will definitely use them again in future.

The training session was full of helpful information, I had training sessions for flu vaccination and BLS before but it is always good to keep up to date with the changes that happen every couple of years. I enjoyed the training and found it very helpful.

Excellent training session with Muk covering both vaccine administration and BLS (Basic Life Support). The course was well-structured, clinically thorough, and pitched perfectly for pharmacy professionals. Muk explained the practical and theoretical aspects of vaccine administration clearly, covering technique, cold chain, and anaphylaxis management, alongside a hands-on, confidence-building BLS refresher.

The practical side to this training by Shivani Mojaria was great. Very informative, questions answered well and clear instructions given. Course cintent was good.

Although we were unable to complete the pre-reading , we were provided the log in details today and will be able to complete this within the next few days.
