À éviter, c'est une arnaque ! je me suis retrouvée avec un abonnement de 29,99 mensuel jamais sollicité, et ce n'est même pas une vraie IA ! Le service client est défaillant, exprès je suppose, pour résilier ce qui n'a jamais été commandé. Le plus inquiétant est le débit sur ma carte bancaire qui d'ordinaire demande une vérification. En cherchant une vraie IA gratuite, Claude, ils se sont glissés je ne sais comment. Ils sont énormément signalés !

This company is extremely difficult to cancel with. The process seems easy, but we have tried to follow their steps and cancel 5 times now. They keep saying they cannot refund us until we cancel. We took a loom video of us cancelling multiple times and sent it to them. They are unwilling to cancel on our behalf as our profile site does not work. Do not sign up with them.

Thieves they make you think you are but in claude and it’s not

Thieves that make you believe you are signing up for a direct AI system. Of course it's my fault in the end but I lost 99,99 and have applied for a refund as I think I was robbed.

This company is very deceptive. Let's you believe you are signing up directly with an AI company rather than an intermediary that has no direct link with any of them!

I have to agree with the bulk of the reviews. Unfortunately I only came here after payment when doing research about this company/service.

The AI agents works OK-ish, but the system is extremely slow, and there is zero cumulative memory.

I am at this stage quite concerned about the confidentiality of my data, so I would really not recommend this service.

They lead you to believe that this is a site that connects you to ALL chat bots. A portal of sorts. They offer a subscription for 1 year for $69.99. After using the site for 2 months, it stopped working correctly. I submitted an image and asked aichatapp.ai to identify its origin. For several days I got a red banner saying 'Something went wrong, try again later'. When the red banner stopped, I got answers unrelated to the question. The bot was not able to see the uploaded image; the answer returned to me was a generic, unrelated answer. I then asked the same question to the real ChatGPT and Gemini, both of which gave correct answers. Aichatapp.ai seems to be a portal that forwards your question to the 'real chat bot', then passes the answer back. After submitting two complaints and reading similar unhappy reviews from others, aichatapp agreed to give me a partial refund. Buyer beware! The is NOT AN OFFICAL CHATGPT site and is NOT affiliated with Open AI.

Update: while I was (again) able to get a review I am not happy about their deceptive advertising.

This must be my month to be ripped off by scam apps. Oh, so bad. The app tricks you into thinking that it's Gemini AI (I have the screenshot and have reported them to someone I know at Google ads and it will be taken down) but it's absolute garbage. It took me a while to figure out how to cancel this crap. If I don't hear back from customer support I am going to have to dispute the charge.

Customer services is shocking.

A simple request of asking for a VAT invoice which they cant produce without me providing the Invoice number of which I need a copy of??

I fell for the trap.... The login was through my google account. Has anyone seen any malicious activity in addition to the theft of $69.99?

Totally a scam! Do not use this website. I clicked by mistake the ChatGPT logo and got aichatapp.ai website and paid €69,99 for 1 year - ChatGPT 5.0 doesn't even work in this - This site should be reported and closed!!!

I was lured into paying €69,99 for a yearly subscription as their window popped up above the chat GPT window I was working with offering an annual subscription for €69,99, making me believe it was from chat GPT. The even use the same logo as chat GPT. Real scammer. Pretending to be chat GPT!

This is a scam site, it does not actually provide access to ChatGPT as it advertises.
