I signed up for the HRBP course - it was soooo tedious and boring, I struggled to motivate myself to get through it. I slowly started working my way through it because I'd paid for it and it would be a waste otherwise. Then one day, I try to login, and I can longer access the course. I contact the help desk and they tell me it's been a year so my 'membership' has expired. I explained that I didn't sign up for a membership, I bought a course, and I didn't receive any warning that anything was close to expiring. The lady politely explained that course/membership is the same thing and that you lose access after a year. Apparently I didn't receive any notifications of an end date because I'd unsubscribed from the mailing list. This is absolute nonsense, because unsubscribing from a generic mailing list should not affect personalised communication about a product that I've purchased, and even after my communication with the help desk, I'm still receiving spam emails from AIHR so it's clear I did not unsubscribe from mailing lists. I would recommend people avoid giving money to this company. The courses are incredibly boring (hours and hours of the same man talking at you in a monotone voice) and they look for ways to make more money from you after you've already paid for something.

I found this course incredibly useful. The BRIEF framework gave me a clear structure to create effective prompts tailored to HR functions like recruitment, job descriptions and employee surveys. This learning has become a practical guide for integrating AI into my daily work, helping me save time, improve clarity, and enhance the quality of HR outputs. I’m confident it will continue to support smarter, more strategic HR practices moving forward.

Great training! With a good mix of theory and practice. I now feel equipped to write efficient prompts while keeping in mind both limitations of AI and risks.

AIHR has compacted these courses in such a bite-size chunks that they are not overwhelming.

Great understanding provided at a junior or senior level

I found useful information and insights that will help me to support key initiatives in my organization. The contents are esay to grasp and were presented clearly.

Every time I go through training presented by AIHR I am super surprised on how well they put the training material and presentation on the specific topic together to make it interesting, informative and absolute relevant and easy to apply.

The content needs to be more interactive, and the Videos can be recorded using images and not just seem like I am listening to 2 or 3 people having a conversation.

The resource library, the mentors, language used by them - everything is so amazing about the platform.
All the content is relevant and latest, helping young and seasoned HR professionals to upskill themselves brilliantly.

HR Consulting Skills is by far the most practical course in "Advanced HR Skills" that I have completed in a long time. It can be applied immediately in a variety of HR projects/solutions and generate credibility and buy-in from stakeholders. I truly enjoyed the reminder about stakeholder engagement ahead of implementation.

The courses are easy, acceptable, and simply great.

It was really cool to have TWO activities in one relatively small course! I think those activities provide more hands-on experience and confidence for students.

The courses are well presented and broken up in a way that allowed me to learn when time was available. Additionally, there are great downloadable resources that I can use right away and for future projects.
