A great short course which confirmed a lot I already knew, experienced or applied but also good information and additional material for reference and direct use in the daily work. Definitely time well spent!

On my time. But very applicable. The resources provided are helpful and the real world examples help. I have been doing this HR thing for a long time, and it has been a while since I saw some fresh presentation.

The soundness of the performance management provided has enlightened my appreciation of the the subject. The facilitators are extremely knowledgeable and well informed in their discipline.

I learnt to use new ways of using Gen AI for HR and also that is could be used for different topics: job description, conflict management, interviewing process, etc

At first I was skeptical a bit as online learning in Africa is still developing and there are so many other non accredited institutions claiming to offer such services. Also the methodology of teaching via video took a bit of getting used to as you are not sure whether to listen only or take notes. However if you blend the video lesson with written resources provided and chain lessons and video, it will start to give a better direction and also help in planning for lessons effectively
