Would give zero if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The only “American” part of the company is their mailing address. Cheap piece of junk. Horrible customer service, returned the item and NEVER got credit. Luckily my credit card company took care of me.

Shipping was fast and tracking was good. The product is not well made. Would not lock when closing. The internal stop hung up on bolt and when I worked the action by hand a few times it toor the finish off of it. So I contacted customer service who will not give me the address to return unless I agree to take only 60% of my money back. Total scam. I have placed a claim with my credit card company. Seems to me that they have a program that just sends out the same email response every time.

For the love of God DO NOT purchase this garbage. They are scamming people by sending a cheap inferior aluminum product and claiming they "ran out" of the steel. If you are unlucky like me and didn't check the reviews first they will only try and refund you 60% of the purchase. So, either way they win. If this was market as a cheap aluminum part for airsoft or something like that it would have been a different story.

No communication from company!

After my purchase of a Folding stock adapter I was made aware by an armorer that Aimaculate is junk and could be a safety issue. I returned the item via an RMA I received from this company. Several emails and verbal assurances that my refund was in process, I still do not have my refund.
This purchase was made January 25, 2024 Item returned FEDX Confirmed Feb 5, 2024 Today is 4/12/24 and still no refund.

I ordered the folding stock adapter and did not put it on right away. When I did the adapter was loose and would not snap the stock into place. I contacted the company to try and replace the faulty adapter. The first 3 emails I sent went unanswered and then finally sent again. This time they had me send pictures and a video. I did. Aimaculate then told me I was outside the 30 days refund. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! DO NOT ORDER THEIR PRODUCT!

It caused a failure of 2 rifles on the range the first time they were fired. Can't get a hold of anyone at the company. I have been emailing them for two months with no contact from them whatsoever.

The folder broke with in 8 rounds. They will not respond to emails

These guys are a SCAM. If your lucky you'll get a $25 Chinese knock off product. Thank God I did a little research, they have a bogus address/phone number, please don't support cons like this with your money.

I got this for my husband as a gift and he spent the whole morning setting it up & using it. I would say it’s a huge hit! Super happy with this purchase & the company did wonderful to communicate during the holiday shipping delays. 10/10 would recommend! Thanks so much.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! This company is such a fraud and a scam....I received an aimaculate on January 13th and decided to return it after not evening opening the original shipping packaging. When I first informed them that I wanted to return it, they said they can only refund 75% due to shipping costs. My return was received by them on 2/7...here it is March 26th and they still haven't given me a refund. I've reached out, to Ema, for updates on 2/16, 2/28, and 3/25....the first 2 were responded to with them saying my refund is being processed...they have yet to responded to the 3/25 email. I really wasn't in the mood to type this review, but this showcases such poor business practices that people need to know....and I still want my money back!...at this point it should be 100% as this is utterly ridiculous

My second purchase is just as great as my first. My utility of this stock folder truely does make transport of my primaries so much more convenient. Couldn't be more pleased with folders. Not too mention that they are really solid. Thank you very much for your product

Do not do any business with these bassholes. They advertised buy one get one free on the folding stock adapters and they instead offer you a whopping 13% off coupon that cant be used until you buy more trash from them and also, they claim to do refunds within 30 days but the truth is they charge you a 40% restock fee so they will literally only refund 60% of whatever it was that you paid. I've never dealt with such a crap team of pirates and thieves.

Update: They finally agreed to send me a free adapter, well for $15. I installed the 1st on my DPMS and it can't recommend buying and using this because it literally leaves you hanging...there is nothing to affix the stock to in its collapsed mode. I halfway expected this but the optimistic part of my mind calculated a 27 percent chance that a mechanism to lock the stock in both positions would be built into the design but no luck...it just dangles there so unless you carrying it wrapped in a bag and not slung walking through the woods, its useless.

Their website claimed no code required for a discount to be applied. I ordered the product never received a discount and when I emailed support to get it fixed they required me to pay extra to get a bogo item. I told them I would instead like to return the product since they lied on their website about the deal. They then wanted a 40% charge to return the product and only refund 60%. They are scammers preying on consumers. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!

I ordered 2 of these stock adapters. Installed one. It was nonfunctional, would not lock open at all. Immediately removed, reboxed and prepared it and the one that was never opened for return. Requested return label, and sent Aimaculate a video of the part not working. Now their just putting me off every time I reach out about the "partial refund" they offered. They've had the returns for over a month now. Think I'm gonna reach out to the BBB. They advertised the product made of 4140 steel. NOT !!! They're made of cheap aluminum.... These folders are garbage !!!!

Purchased bogo only got one. Told company I wanted refund they said a 60% restocking fee would be applied if i returned. I tried multiple time to contact both Facebook and email no response! Do not purchase from this company!

This company advertises 2 day shipping took almost 3 weeks. Bought on their BOGO but only recieved 1. Upon contacting Aimaculate the run around begun my invoice showed 2 items 1 was "premium" package, it's a freaking box!! Once they informed me I did NOT but on BOGO I chose to return. When you ask for an RMA they hit you with a 40% restocking fee. Americans should not treat Americans this way!!!!!

Received product promptly. Impulse purchase and upon further review, not the product for my application.
I emailed to begin the return process, 1 week ago.
First response, sorry, can we send you another that might be better. I explained that I didn't even unpackage it so the quality wasn't the concern, it is just not for me or my intended use. Please process my return.
Next response, we understand and are sorry, but we are only going to give you back 60%, for our time and trouble. Absolutely insane!!! That's robbery and completely wrong, but at this point, I just want to send your product back to you.
Next email, AGAIN offering to mail me more product for my troubles. NO THANK YOU, please process my return or give me an address to mail it to.
Next response, Conditions the package/product must meet to process a return. NO PROBLEM, I haven't even unpacked it from the mailing wrap. Never opened the box, PLEASE GIVE ME AN ADDRESS TO MAIL IT BACK TO YOU!
Next response, AGAIN letting me know they aren't going to give me back 100%. I explained, AGAIN, that I understood (and completely disagree with) their policy, to PLEASE PROCESS MY RETURN AND/OR PROVIDE ME WITH AN ADDRESS!!!

NO RESPONSE... This has been going on for over a week.

Short story...

Bought 2 of them. UPS said that it got delivered. Didn't receive any packages. Going on 1 month emailing them back and forth for my refund. They refuse to give my money back. They're going by what UPS said. Read the reviews and watch the videos on Aimaculate. Not the commercials social media but Youtube. They'll all say, DO NOT BUY.

DONT PURCHASE GUN PARTS FROM INSTAGRAM LIKE I DID, THE FOLDING STOCK CLAIMS IT IS BUILT OUT OF 4340 STEEL AND IT CLEARLY STATES THAT IN THE PAPERWORK IN THE BOX! ITS NOT, ITS IS CHEAP ALUMINIUM LIKE CHEAP MEANING THE HOLES ARE OVER SIZED AND SLOPPY CRAP. IT GETS MUCH BETTER, WHEN I CONTACTED AIM SUPPORT LISSA TOLD THEY WERE OUT OF STEEL ONES AND SHE COULD GIVE ME A "DISCOUNT" I TOLD HER I WANT FULL REFUND I IT SENT BACK AND THEY NOW GAVE ME PARTIAL REFUND NOW I HAVE FILE A DESPUT WITH MY CARD COMPANY FOR THE REST. STAY CLEAR OF AIMCULATE..

This product is absolute crap!! Unfortunately I am one who fell prey to this ploy, so no one else to blame but myself. My goal is to help prevent the next person from buying this crap. There is no customer service and they say they will refund your product if not happy and returned within 30 days, that's crap too!!! This piece of crap so called product is a disgrace to my weapon. Be warned!
