Booking a reservation for parking was trouble free, person assisting me in making the reservation was helpful and knowledgeable of the facility. Shuttle service to the airport was efficient in both getting to the airport and when arriving back getting to facility where my vehicle was parked. Rightway Parking will be my number choice in future needs.

Just used for Port Everglades. Bad experience. To start, the gps address they told you to use was very wrong. Had to call and eventually got through and they gave directions to their dirt lot. After the trip we were told to get our luggage go outside and call, they’d be there in 15 minutes. It didn’t happen that way, I called and was told 25-30 minutes. After 10 minutes I remembered that the van that dropped us off did not have any markings so I called back to ask how would I recognize their van. They said it would be marked with FFL or something like that…. Not even their name. I asked if the driver left yet and was told it would be 25-30 minutes. When I said that’s what I was told before, they’d just repeated the same thing. After 30 minutes I called again, I asked if the driver had left yet, I was put on hold and after 5 minutes was disconnected. Finally the van showed up and when I asked the driver about the long delay, he said a van had been there 20 minutes earlier. Total lie. We checked every van and even had the person working the area watching for us. After all that, we had another delay going to the airport for a pickup. It was over an hour till we finally got back to our car. To top it off, the driver’s side mat was absolutely filthy with the dirt and rocks from the lot. NEVER AGAIN with this company! Beware, not worth the aggravation!

A reservation means you have a reserved parking spot, right? WRONG. Not at this awful, narrow plot of inhospitable, unreliable piece of rip-off business. I've a flight out in less than an hour and 1/2 and no place to park because a reservation means nothing to them. I booked through Rightway Parking--don't use them, either!--and never would have used this place again after my first horrendous experience, but it came recommended by Jason at RW Parking and I didn't realize it was the same place. Buyer BEWARE!!!

Both rides to and from The double tree Hilton were great. We did have to wait a long time for our ride back to our house r car but we knew that in advance. Both drivers were kind and attentive.

As soon as we pulled into the parking lot we were greeted by a few staff and our luggage was transferred to a waiting van. We arrived at the cruise terminal within minutes. Our pickup back to our vehicles was also very quick and efficient. All drivers were very courteous and helpful. Will definitely use this service for my next cruise out of Tampa.

Only thing would be a nice smooth lot. It was slightly muddy in some spots. The dirt lot was not easy to move suitcases in but now that we know the layout of pick up etc we will work around that.

Was only going for 1 week so tried this.What a great experience a Hilton with security watching vehicles. was parked in reg parking lot so my vehicle was just another not something the owner couldn't appear at any moment. shuttle service was great and didn't have to drive into or out of airport

Shuttle at top of the hour was not the most convenient. When the shuttle came, the front windshield was cracked at least five ways, covering the entire window, and posed an obvious safety hazard. If the window finishes breaking through while we were driving, we could have been killed by the impact of the glass. On top of that, our driver illegally made the entire trip (down the highway going ~70mph) with no seatbelt, ignoring the beeping from the shuttle reminding him to put it on. Had we been pulled over, and we should’ve, we would have missed our flight. Obviously this company has no standard for safety or professionalism. We did NOT use the service on the way back.

They were extremely organized and had the car ready to go when we arrived.

Tried to send a message but never received a response to cancel my parking they never got back to me so I paid for parking I never used. then they send a request for a review of a space I never used how don’t you know I was not even there it makes no sense won’t use this place again

El chofer lo a detenido un policía y es increíble que ustedes como compañía tuvieran un empleado sin licencia ni papeles y sin registracion del vehículo guiado y a cargo de transporte de pasajeros eso es bien irresponsable de su parte. Y nunca se comunicó nadie por el inconveniente

This is my most horrible experience I have ever had in my life. The driver was detained by a police officer and it is incredible that you as a company had an employee without a license or papers and without registration of the guided vehicle and in charge of transporting passengers. That is very irresponsible on your part. And no one ever contacted me about the inconvenience.

I have parked at Park and Cruise well over 20 times and every time I do, the staff is friendly, efficient and it’s so easy to get in and out of. Never one complaint. Prefer it over parking at the port and it saves me money.

The staff was courteous and helpful. They responded to calls promptly and ensured we were familiar with where to go upon returning from the cruise. Leaving the terminal was a bit hectic as there were a lot of people waiting even though debarkation from the cruise ship was supposed to be staggered.

My experience with the parking service at 3211 S 154th St, SeaTac, WA 98188, USA was absolutely terrible, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

When we arrived, the place was completely jam-packed, and I felt uneasy leaving my car there. Unfortunately, I had no other option as we had a flight to catch. Reluctantly, I left my car and went on with my vacation.

However, the worst part was not the parking itself but the experience upon our return. After landing, I called the office for a pickup, as instructed, at 10:30 PM. I reached the designated pickup area on time and tried calling them again, but no one answered. I even texted them at 10:32 PM. After 10 minutes, someone finally called back and assured me they would arrive in 20 minutes.

This promise turned into an endless cycle of frustration. I called again after 20 minutes, only to be told, “10 more minutes.” This same excuse was repeated multiple times. My wife and I were left waiting in the cold for over an hour, with the temperature at a freezing 6°C. It was a miserable experience.

Eventually, I had no choice but to hire a cab to reach the parking lot. When we arrived, I found the staff member there, and he was rude and arrogant. Instead of apologizing, he dismissed my concerns and sarcastically said, “You can complain about me if you want.”

I finally retrieved my car and left, but the delay caused us to reach home in Vancouver at 2 AM. The entire ordeal was exhausting and infuriating.

I strongly advise against using this parking service. Their unprofessionalism, lack of punctuality, and sheer disregard for customer care are appalling. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs.

Waited over half hour for the shuttle, disappointed that they only go to terminal A

Very disappointed in this location and how we were treated. We had a dinner cruise scheduled for the evening, reserved and paid for our parking, and planed on using the shuttle service as stated in our paid purchase. Only to find out when we arrive they refused to take us to our dinner cruise, instead they took the next person to arrive to the airport and forced us to purchase an Uber both to get there and to get back. Feels like we were robbed and ripped off and could have purchased parking at another location with a shuttle that would have taken us. Poor business decision, poor management, poorly run business that did not respect our plans but took our money. I would not recommend using this parking service as they are not reliable and the shuttle only takes who they want. Save your money from this scan rip off and spend your hard earned money with a better business that will honor the service they promise and you paid for. Do not waist your time or money here. Go somewhere else!!!

We arrived in time to take the 10:00 am shuttle to the airport. When it arrived at 10:15 we were told we would have to wait for the next shuttle because we couldn't be on the shuttle with airline crew. The shuttle returned at 10:40.
Our return flight arrived at 8:50pm (night). We called the hotel for pick-up for over 30 minutes. The phone rang busy each time. We finally called the reservation 800 number who called the hotel and transferred us to the front desk. It took another 30 minutes for the shuttle to come. We will never use them again and recommend that others use caution in using this hotel parking.
