I wish I gave no stars. I wrote before about this product. I ordered it in May and we are in august. End of august. I never received my order and yet they have been claiming to have sent me the order. First they said I could have been lost which is not my Problem and now they said its been delivered to me yet I don’t have them. I have never ever ordered anything online it never reaches me. Yet this airbuds seem to have reached me in their own dimension as it’s not this dimension we all live in that they reached me. I asked for a refund since I don’t believe this order will ever come. They said I need to give the order back for them to refund. Just wondering how I send something back that I never received.
Also they cut money from my card again after I messaged them I didn’t receive the airbuds and I will report to my bank. Anyways if you don’t want to get scammed like me. Don’t shop with these guys

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Looks like I’m not the only one who’s fallen for this scam! This company is an absolute shambles and should be avoided at all costs! It angers me that celebrities are advertising for this company who are a complete fraud, it gives you a false sense of security that they are good quality products. I received faulty airbuds so a replacement was ordered end of May. It is almost the end of August and surprise surprise, no replacement. I have sent countless emails to which I get the same replies which are all LIES. This company should not be aloud to trade selling faulty products, we have consumer rights and they are technically breaking the law!! AVOID!!!!

Purchased in May, product arrived faulty, 1 of the airbud was not working. Contacted them send the pictures, they want me to send it back to China address which costed me another £7. Send all the pictures of the item, package & proof of postage. Following up with the useless customer service team for the past 3 months. All I get is automated email every time I follow up. How do the government allow such company to advertise and sell their products in the UK market. There are so many people becoming victim of fraud. Beside the money what we have lost is the time in following up for our refund and what we have gained is the unnecessary stress not knowing whether our money will be refunded. We must take them to UK trading standards. DO NOT BUY AIRBUDS.........THEY ARE ABSOLUTE SCAMMER.

Broke within a week
Broke within a week. Sent off video showing the evidence of them being broken. This was in March, I am still now being met with emails telling me my replacement is being sent whenever I follow up asking where my refund is. LONG STORY SHORT: the replacement has never been sent and they REFUSE to refund your money.
This is a SCAM. Please do not waste your money.

Purchased months ago, took 2 months to arrive and came faulty. I reported this and was told a new pair would be sent to me. No tracking number at all or any update. When I contacted them they simply told me there is a delay in orders. It’s been over 4 months since I’ve ordered them and still haven’t received a replacement. They refuse to refund me! They told me they would send me a tracking number and I still haven’t received this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Taking legal action immediately!

Don't be fooled by the legitimate…
Don't be fooled by the legitimate looking website. Didn't realise until after I bought that they were being shipped from China and lots of reviews say they sometimes don't arrive. Mine did and worked initially.. but they're very flimsy. Only had a few uses out of them before the right-side AirBud stopped charging and the left-side one started skipping. To top it off, have trouble connecting them with my phone. Absolute pile of trash, ended up buying the Apple Air Pods anyway.

This is my second review on this filthy and ignorant company and people. They gave me a faulty item, then requested it for it to be returned and now don’t give me a replacement or a refund. Celebrities were promoting this knock off product on Snapchat so thought why not. The worst decision I made in my life. I have been waiting for a refund since June, they have given me all tbe excuses in the world to why the refund hasn’t been processed, from systems going down to COVID to hot weather and even cold weather impacting systems. They always respond back telling me to be ‘patient and understanding’ frankly, I don’t have anymore patience or understanding left in my tank. I just bloody want my money back. I reported them to Snapchat as I feel they have some responsibility as they allowed this fraudulent company to advertise on their platform. I got also tweeted the celebrities who advised this awful product.

Exact same experience as everyone else, purchased as I saw it being promoted by celebrities, recieved a faulty product and months later still awaiting replacement or refund.
This is clearly a fraudulent site.. Is there a way to report them to the pice, has anyone already done this?

Same story as all the others. Received a faulty item, requested a replacement, it hasn’t arrived that was 3 months ago. Back and forth with ‘customer services’ (the loosest description for whatever cretins are replying to my emails). I doubt I will ever see a replacement, no my refund. £30 down the pan, that teaches me for being a cheapskate.
I cannot say this enough.. STAY AWAY!
To add to it, the website now doesn’t exist.
Wish I’d seen this site before I ordered, I’m ashamed that I’ve allowed myself to be scammed.

My head hurts having to still communicate with this company 5 months after purchasing their defective product. Their customer service is probably on par with the useless item I unfortunately ordered and i'm shamed this company have entered my life. The sooner I receive my refund and wipe them from my inbox and memory the better. However, until I receive a refund i'm going nowhere so they will have to put up with my constant contact until im satisfied...as paying customers we deserve that much at least!

I ordered my brother some air buds back on april 18th. I finally received them on 6/25/2020 just to have only one work. i contacted them again and sent them proof that what they sent me was faulty and was told that i would receive an updated tracking link within 10 business days. i never received the tracking link for the replacements. i have contacted them DAILY about this tracking number and here we are on August 10, still not tracking link, no email, no responses. Do not use this company at all. they send you products that do not work and will not send you a replacment!!!! total rip off. I plan to leave as many negative reviews for this site as possible!

The ear buds arrived and of course my daughter tried them immediately, there was no noise coming out of one of the buds (I did read this in a review) but here is some advice, charge them fully 1st before use, as the work perfectly!
So absolutely nothing worry about.

I truly hate this company. Please do not waste your hard earning money to this trash of a company. They don't even follow their policy and they use it against you. They do not care about their customers. I've never felt so angry in my life, especially towards a company.

The product is doesn’t work if it arrives at all and if it works expects it to stop 🛑 working 2days after.
& oh the customer service is pure garbage 🗑 and irrelevant... Fell for the 0-list celebrities that promoted the products & for a fact that it said UK airbuds.
It’s shipped from China & not UK... Do not waste your money as it’s scam! Is there an organization that can take legal action if they were reported? Taking forever to receive refund.
