We recently completed a SIP trunk installation with AireSpring and the service has been stable and successful. Their team was responsive and helped implement Anonymous Call Rejection across our SIP trunks, which worked exactly as designed during testing.
There were a few delays in follow-up at times and some limitations around blocking spoofed inbound calls at the carrier level, but overall AireSpring delivered what they promised and has been a good partner. I would recommend them.

I would give a negative if I could. When we first went with them the installer did not get a permit and cut the lines which then took weeks to get. They have been nothing but a pain. Then once canceled they charged me for paper invoice $8. TERRIBLE.
In regards to your response, you failed to mentioned that the proper permit was not received to install and MODOT did take time. Also, the account was closed and the last invoice paid. So we were billed $8 for a 0 invoice for 2 or 3 months. Very inefficent. Our whole experience was a comedy/drama of series of mishaps. And no, I do not want to discuss anything with AireSpring. I have spoken with them enough.

I can not say enough good things regarding Jon Massad. When my business partner and I had challenges with our services he was able to connect with the service tech required to correct the problem. Just recently our organization experienced a challenge that literally brought down communications with one of our busiest area office. Not only was he able to arrange knowledgeable technician to support us. He present during the entire process to ensure that we received the support that we needed! Jon Massad was definately the MVP of the day during that challenge.

I have been in the Telecom industry over 20 years and the service and support Airsepring offers is so beyond any other carrier I can think of. They pick up the phone and immediately look for a solution. When you call support you are not talking to people paid to answer phones. You are talking to trained knowledgeable people. There are multiple reasons why I give AireSpring a 5-star review.
I get the best system status notifications of any provider I've ever used in my 26 years of IT. Clear and simple messages informing me of what is happening. And if that sounds like lots of downtime, we have also never known AireSpring to be down in the past 2+ years, so no downtime.
AireSpring is full of functional humans from top to bottom. The OG CBeyond was the only provider similar in this regard. I appreciate doing business with other human beings (imagine that!) and not just web interfaces and long hold times.
