almost a trick website, refreshes to purchasing more than one, proceeds through checkout with out review, and before you know it, you have purchased, maybe they dont like the whole add to cart while people ponder. a holes. keep away.

What a scam, its still progressing through your system now you can send her money back and keep it she was looking to buy 1 not 3..scam give her money back do the right thing she can't afford this. I've made a ticket but you never answer

I am an air conditioning professional. Buy a fan and a spray bottle with water. This "cooling" device is a poor substitution for any efficient cooling device; and it will never maintain a comfortable temperature given any considerable and consistent heat load. Before purchasing any cooling device which claims actual cooling of the air (fans do not cool air, they merely propel it!), you should ask what tonnage or BTU rating it has. You can determine this rating mathematically knowing certain operational specs, but these parameters need to be done with calibrated equipment in order to be accurate. Given that this "cooling technology" is archaic for the purposes most are utilizing it for is somewhat comical. Remember talking to a friend using a piece of string and 2 cups? This is akin to substituting your cell phone for some string and a couple cups! Do not get irritated by attempting to take the cheap easy route; if you do then I have a "new" cheap and easy "communications" service you can sign up for (cups and string are not included)! This relates to any of these "cooling" devices which require you to supply chilled water or ice; remember it takes energy (and thus money) to chill or freeze water, not to mention the energy required just to get that water in the first place. Carpe diem!

Can honestly say that this is a massive scam. Not worth the money. I picked up a better product on AliBaBa... which is no doubt where these come from, with a considerable markup! Mine leaked and had to be used on a towel. I bought one on Alibaba for £10... which was much better quality, didn’t leak and had a better fan. To be honest, if you want cooling down, go to Argos and buy a Home fan for £50... the pedestal fans are super quiet, you can sleep with them on (although you shouldn’t in case of fire)... and they don’t leak water everywhere!

I ordered three of these supposed air coolers, but can only say I was bitterly disappointed. They are very basic cheap plastic and the breeze you get out of them is hardly noticeable. i decided to try it in my office, being that it is a very small space, but all to no avail. You think you are getting a good deal as they sell them at 50% off, but you can get something on a much better scale at most supermarkets. You even have to purchase a plug separately, they only have what I can say looks like a USB wire you use for your laptop or mobile.
You receive emails thanking you for choosing them and they seem very customer friendly and that they will provide you with a 100% refund if not satisfied. I emailed them right away, but no response. I tried three different email addresses but still no luck. I decided to contact my Credit Card company and they said they would take up the case if I heard nothing, but to give it a little while. My saviour was that I purchase most of my online purchases through PayPal which was a godsend. I contacted them straight away and opened a case, and they refunded my money within two days. There must have been issues with this company as it can take up to a month or more to get a refund from any company. PayPal gives you a bit of reassurance, so I would suggest always use some sort of back up when making purchases, especially when the cost is high. I did a bit of digging, and apparently it looks like this company started trading in November 2019. Don't let it drop, even if you haven't used PayPal, if you have paid by Credit Card, the Credit Card company will take up the case for you. Certainly steer well clear of this company - the material they use is cheap and it probably cost less than £5.00 for them to make. Don't waste your money.

Bad quality for the price. Bought 2. One only 3 months old and stopped working. Would not buy from again.

Three Air Freez items purchased, 2 had damaged front fins at receipt, and 2 have burnt out, one after 40 hours of function and the other after 4 hours. Cheap plastic rubbish and obviously a scam. No response to a customer email. Do not buy this rubbish product.

These people wont refund,dont return it. It will cost you $50 to send back & they dont return your money anyway. Stay away from this product and company

This is such a scam... I was sucked in by the whole story, believing it was an Australian man who was retrenched from an air conditioning company so decided to make this himself with his son.....what a load of crap....When we received over a month later from china, thinking it was Aust made and sold....it is a small plastic fan that is all, we put the filter in the freezer as advised but only was cold for about 2 minutes.....we sat with it in our smallest room the office, and the overhead fan was cooler than this.....makes me sick how people can rip you off....shame....we paid $134. Aust dlrs...
Sent 4 emails for a return address and tracking number....finally received a reply today after threatening a bad review etc.....apparently have to return to:

like others saw this on Youtube.I purchased three units but they were never delivered. Tracking numbers were bogus. Many emails and no resolution until I threatened Pay Pal dispute. money was quickly returned. This is a total scam DO NOT BUY!

A total scam, The advertisement is misleading and fraudulent. DO NOT BUY! When I received mine, I bought 2. Very dumb mistake on my part. Its all plastic and one of them was broken and I sent them an email, and they requested photos. After that its been radio silence. I've send numerous emails and still no response. It is a cheap product and a kindergarten problem assembled it in Singapore. Total ripoff! I want to know WHY my emails have gone unresponsive. What the heck am I suppose to with the broken one, and how can I return them.

I saw their add on youtube. A story about an ex aircon company that got together to make a revolutionary portable air con that 'cools the room in less than 5 minutes'. This advertisement is basically a pack of lies to your face and can be considered fraudulent content. There is no aircon team, there is no new invention, It's a cheap air filter water fan that is completely useless. This company uses the internet to scam people in other countries out of Singapore, shipping their product to you as basically a hot potato that you cannot return for an exchange, hiding their return address, and basically stealing your money. They do not care that the product is damaged as long as they send the cheap plastic to you, enough to escape fraud. They are running this scam because they can get away with it from a long distance overseas where they can hide. The Cowards will not resolve anything with you. I am writing this review not because I brought the product, but because I saw that other people had being scammed by this, and I wanted to express my disgust and horror that such a thing is allowed to continue running their add through youtube. Disgusting.

I have been waiting for 1 unit purchased a month ago and now I learn the unit was returned by the postal service because the shipper included a wrong address... They won't refund me until I give them a tracking number. I had to email them in numerous occasions to let them know that the only tracking number available is the same they sent it through, since I never received the unit. A bunch of incompetent individuals working there...! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT...! Look at all the other ratings and see for yourself...!

My friend purchased one of these and experienced much issues with the item as it never cooled properly and it looks like it came from a "Two Dollar" shop.

When I perused the information they're still playing on YouTube (shame on them too for advertising scam products) I quickly realised that this product is just a pint sized "evaporative cooler" where placing a damp cloth in front of an ordinary fan would serve better for cooling.

Evaporative cooling has a number of disadvantages which can be harmful when the water is left in the device for a long period of time. The water becomes stagnant where the legionella bacteria is formed which can be fatal to those such as the elderly or those with heart conditions etc.

My advice is to stay away from such devices and have yourself a stable refrigerated split cooling and heating system.

Ordered 2 units, one arrived damaged, the other proved ineffective. Returned units at my cost. During many email exchanges with Airfreez was asked to supply the same information repeatedly, was offered a 20% on purchase price -despite one unit being damaged! Dreadful after-sales service. Only managed to get refund with help from Paypal.

Worst service I have ever had from a US company, would never, ever deal with them again.

AirFreeze is a scam outfit.
Orderd an Air Freeze unit that website claimed" Plugs in Any Standard Outlet." What I recieved was an Arctic Air Ultra with only a USB cable. The instructions even show a power supply. I have wasted 2 months of emails back and forth trying to get return authorization to send back. The credit card company will not contest charges until you send proof that it has been returned. The website leads to a return address page that does not give an address. Went to try and return to originating address but return address is incomplete.
Everything about their operation is designed to defraud the consumer.
The website to order misleads the customer to think the product is coming from a US warehouse.
They ship it from Singapore with an insufficient return address so you cannot return it.
The website link to get a return address does not provide an address.
The product does not work as advertised without the customer having to provide their own power supply -not mentioned in the advertisement.
I will pursue further measures with the Federal Trade Commission- Bureau of Consumer Protection.

I'm so embarrassed that I fell for this scam. This is a plastic box with a fan and some colored lights. Not even worth five bucks. I must have been in a good mood that day when I clicked to buy. Learned a hard lesson and lost $89. :(

To make it more humiliating, the company makes a big deal about shipping it to you and they act all concerned that your shipment is reaching you in a timely manner. This truly a crime. The product came with no instructions and no packaging, no information and no recourse.

Like other reviewers, I saw an ad on YouTube. Only for me, the commercial said this was designed by an Australian father and son team (being as I am from Australia).

Thankfully, I came and found these reviews before purchasing and realised I was dealing with scam artists.

This "product" is crap by anybody's standards. A cheap plastic box with a filter at one end and a $5 computer fan at the other. The top is filled with about 500 ml of water and soaks the filter that should cool the out coming air down but when the water eventually reaches room temperature, the unit is achieving nothing and it leaks all over the place. Avoid like the plague!
