I changed the login password on my MacBook, and a few days later I had a fall and ended up in hospital (I'm 84). When I got back home 6 weeks later (hospital + physio), I'd forgotten my new password.
Nicholas collected the Mac, got it all working properly, & dropped it back inside a fortnight - and I hadn't ordered rapid service!
I'll be using Airiam again.

Nicholas has rescued my dead iMac yet again. Replacing the dead SATA HDD with a new SDD (no moving parts) has breathed life back in to my cherished machine. Thank you

My Apple Pismo was dead - it's 25 years old - and Airiam diagnosed a dead hard drive. A new drive was installed with two operating systems. It works very well, allowing me to use some old software that is otherwise unobtainable.

Once again Nicholas at Airiam has done a great job on an old iMac, giving it a new lease of life...it's now running faster than ever...can highly recommend.

Very pleased to have found Airiam. I took my MacBook along to them and had a new battery fitted and the fan checked because I thought it had stopped working. I was contacted later to say the fan was ok but that the battery was borderline after some diagnostic test had been done.
I am very pleased that I used their service both for the professional approach, the honesty and of course the price when compared to Apple.
Given that I live in Bath it was much easier for me to not have to go into the Apple Store in the city centre to drop off and pick up.

I used the service to fix the backup process in an iMac. This involved a deposit for analysis and then Nicholas offered 2 levels of fix costs, one was high and involved resolving some IT that was over my head concerning the dual OS of the iMac. Thankfully, the lower price would fix the issue, so I opted for that. Each was outlined i.e what was involved. Following service Nicholas very kindly dropped the machine off back to my home because his office is very close to my place, so that was very nice. Getting the machine back involved some re- signing in actions, and I only recently fixed getting my printer to work because I had to redownload the driver but for my first attempt I made an error and got the wrong driver. I did have to reset my printer, which is something I hadn't ever done before and I don't know why that was needed but resetting was the only way to get the wifi to work - so that was a pain to workout but to iterate I am not sure if this occurred due to the fix from Airiam. I gave 4 stars because I felt like the process and time to fix the issue took several days. I wasn't expecting it to be fixed right away but not sure why it took so long to analyse and fix. That said, I would definitely use the service again and would be happy to recommend it to anyone in the Bath area.

Your old Mac dies, with all your data! that is a recipe for stress. Nicholas was brilliant at sorting the problem, gave excellent advice and guidance on sorting an appropriate replacement and then set it all up and working for my father. His communication is really quick and clear. he took all the stress went away and was great value.

Excellent and fast service at very reasonable cost. The place to go for all Mac upgrades. This is the second time Nicholas upgraded my iMac saving me a lot of money that I would have had to pay Apple for a new iMac. Recommended.

Brilliant service. Nicholas was extremely professional and replied to messages really quickly. I spilled water on my laptop and it was fixed (and looking clean and brand new!) in less than a day. I will definitely contact Airiam next time I have a problem with my MacBook.

I'm so glad I have found Airiam, Nicholas is thorough, reliable, fast and honest. I searched a lot for someone to help me with my Mac to give me the best advice. Recently I had a more urgent screen issue and it was fixed and sorted so fast which was really appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Once again, a very helpful telephone conversation followed by a prompt repair to my Mac. Nicholas was happy to answer further queries after the Mac had been collected.

Fantastic service. Was a tad nervous taking my mac to a house rather than a shop but I found Nicholas very professional and he did a great job repairing water damage to my MacBook.
He send a number of options and costs for repair which was great and completed the works really quickly. Would definitely recommend.
