Je suis à la recherche de bouteille de CO2 pour faire fonctionner mes systèmes de démoustication, le CO2 attirant les moustiques et les piégeant dans un filet.

AIR LIQUIDE COMMERCIALISE DES BOUTEILLES DE GAZ, MAIS POUR UNE RAISON QUI M'ECHAPPE, IL EST IMPOSSIBLE D'ACHETER DES BOUTEILLES DE GAZ CHEZ LES REVENDEURS AIR LIQUIDE.

IMPOSSIBLE DE LEUR ÉCRIRE.
J'AI FINI PAR TELEPHONER, GARS GENTIL MAIS QUAND IL REFORMULAIT, JE VOYAIS QU'IL NE COMPRENAIT RIEN.

Il m'a promis qu'il allait résoudre le problème et que j'en serai avisée par courriel....J'attends toujours.

La saison des moustiques commence et je ne parvins tjs pas à acheter une bouteille CO2 chez le revendeur air liquide à côté de chez moi, alors que les brasseries les vendent simplement, librement et sans chichi et sans formalité, mais juste plus loin...

Titel: Unzulässige Gebühren trotz voller Gasflaschen & respektloser Umgang
Rezension: Ich habe zwei vollständig gefüllte Gasflaschen (Argon sowie Argon-Mix CO₂) wegen Preiserhöhung zurückgegeben. Auf dem offiziellen Abgabezettel wurde sogar vermerkt, dass die Flaschen „gleich im Lager bleiben und für den Wiederverkauf genutzt“ werden. Trotzdem hat Air Liquide Deutschland GmbH mir pro Flasche 18 € abgezogen – ohne vertragliche Grundlage und ohne entsprechende AGB.
Auf meine sachliche Nachfrage wurde nicht eingegangen. Statt einer Erklärung erhielt ich lediglich die knappe Antwort, man halte „an der Gutschrift fest“ und werde „keine weitere Gutschrift erstellen“. Zusätzlich wurde mir mitgeteilt, es stehe mir frei, einen Rechtsbeistand zu nehmen – offenbar in der Annahme, dass niemand wegen 36 € netto klagt.
Für mich entsteht der Eindruck, dass Air Liquide Deutschland GmbH sich über geltende Regeln hinwegsetzt und Kundenprobleme nicht ernst nimmt. Dieses Verhalten ist weder professionell noch vertrauenswürdig.

Dreadful and Dangerous

I have been using an Air Liquide-supplied insulin pump for two weeks. In that time I have experienced repeated failures with the infusion sets — they simply don't work. Last Friday I went severely hyperglycaemic as a direct result. I reported the issue and was told replacements would be sent. They still haven't arrived, nearly a week later.
The response has been passive and slow throughout. When you're a diabetic without working infusion sets, that's not a minor inconvenience — it's a medical situation. I spent an entire day and night unable to sleep, skipping meals, ripping failed sets off my body, and manually finger-pricking while my blood sugar climbed unchecked.
When I called for help, the representative I was put through to was belligerent and defensive from the start — despite my repeated efforts to keep the conversation calm and make clear I wasn't blaming him personally. He suggested I simply switch to injections, showing no understanding of the clinical complexity involved: I had units of insulin on board from multiple failed sites, with no way of knowing how much had absorbed, whether any was pooled in fatty tissue, or whether a sudden absorption could cause a dangerous hypoglycaemic episode. His advice was not just unhelpful — it was potentially dangerous.
When I gently asked whether he had experience with diabetes, given the nature of his advice, he became angry, put words in my mouth, and lectured me. There was no empathy, no problem-solving, and no acknowledgement that the situation was serious.
Some of your staff have been genuinely kind. But a medical supplier that leaves patients without essential supplies for a week, and puts defensive customer service reps on calls with frightened, exhausted diabetics, is not fit for purpose. I will be escalating this to the MHRA and my ICB. As they haven't bothered to reply to my complaint will also be raising this with CQC and I encourage all others dealing with Air Liquide to follow. These lucrative NHS contracts are conditional. Supplying valide medical products is the bare minimum condition.

Returned athe cylinder and cancelled my contact on Sept 15, 2025. Paperwork showed a balance of $0.00 fromrhe mohawk welding shop in Brantford Ontario.
Since Sept 2025 to today Hanuary 15, 2026 i have received 4 invoices saying i owe them187.00.
I have left messages for Don David of collections to call me 3 times on his voicemail and the inconsiderate person has not made contact with me. I have sent my paid in pull invoices to both him and the ar support and have not heard anything back.
Today was my time to get really ticked off. I called the office again and finally spoke to a women who said she will find the right person to get my info.
Customer service front office staff is helpful but the billing office is disgraceful and inconciderate. I have paid my dam- bill, get your crap together.
I would not recommend this company because of the crap and harrassment they have been putting me through.

This company is terrible to deal with. I don't do a lot of welding so I bought my cylinder, from Air Liquide, Every time I need to exchange it for a full one it's a major hassle - they can't locate a replacement! The central call centre is crap, the call-back feature doesn't work and the operators cut me off EVERY time they attempt to transfer my call. Zero stars.

Had 6 cylinders delivered today NOT 1 filled to the correct amount. I would estimate that out of 6 cylinders I only have 4 cylinders worth of oxygen. I rang customer service and was explaining to the operator when I was cut off. Dreadful service.

I had high hopes when starting my pump 2 years ago having been told an app was imminent. A year later we received the app which isn't very helpful since it didn't do what the pump does. I say didn't because of a phone update the app is no longer suitable. I have one more year with my Tanderm pump then will be leaving. Customer services were helpful at the beginning. Consumables get delivered ok. Such a shame.

Des actions !! Pourquoi pas une action au nom de la santé

La société Air Liquide a fini par gérer le problème de nuisance nocturne...au bout de quelques mois. Problème que j'avais évoqué plus bas dans le texte.
Par conséquent, je remonte la note que j'attribue à Air Liquide

Je ne suis pas anglo saxonne et je ne boursicote pas. Ceci dit, je suis une citoyenne française qui souhaite vivre paisiblement dans son domicile. Ce qui me paraît compromis à cause de nuisances sonores, particulièrement nocturnes. Il semblerait que le problème s'oriente vers un outil de pressurisation air liquide implanté au sein d'une usine, dans une ZI à proximité de mon domicile .
À la suite de mon déplacement sur le site et un second appel, ma demande depuis le mois d'avril 2025 reste infructueuse. Un comble pour une enseigne qui prône la santé !

I’ve always been happy with any contact I’ve had as a CPAP customer with Air Liquide. I’m in Galway and their engineer who services the machine is a really helpful person and has always sorted out any issues with machine or parts.
Today I spoke with Korede in finance department. He was extremely helpful.

Oubliez les commentaires anglo-saxons stupides sur Air Liquide

Très surpris des avis de dénigrement anglo-saxons sur Air Liquide et son service Actionnaires, mis par la société à disposition de ses actionnaires particuliers pour la gestion de leurs titres.
Outre qu’Air liquide est une des plus belles valeurs de la cote, cette société offre gracieusement un service efficace et très serviable, à coût zéro, ce qui est remarquable.
Air Liquide mérite donc un 10/10 tant pour sa performance que pour son service actionnaires.
Ces commentaires anglo-saxons sont stupides

Bad customer service

Whenever I call air Liquide the receptionists are either in training and don’t know the answer to any questions, or treat me like a huge inconvenience. At least the ones in training are polite, the other ones are just rude and unfriendly. Im sorry I have a terminal illness that requires their product, a product that I have to pay for, is it too hard to be kind? I can’t believe they treat their customers like this

AirLiquide and their approach to customers

Tempted by their innovative pump, I got it when I was due an upgrade. (Previously, I used Medtronic. I was generally happy and their customer support was good, even replacing the pump when it went through the x ray at an airport.) However, its becoming clear to me that I made a mistake and should have stuck with Medtronic.

AirLiquide's Customer Support is appalling, and if you're 'lucky' to speak to Melissa from that department, be prepared that she has an answer for everything and that you're not going to win, no matter how much you try.

The pump had failed on me once, in the middle of the night at 2am, but they said it was a resettable issue so just told me to reset the pump. I expect no such issues from medical devices and I became very anxious that the pump might fail again. No matter what, they'd not replace it.

Furthermore, my order for consumables is sent to me once every three months and with Christmas coming up, and the fact that here in Scotland, there are more back holidays around that time, I was worried that I'd run out of sets (it's now the start of Dec and I have two boxes left, with me changing sets every two days upon the advice of the nursing team). They'd not send the order earlier, and when I asked what they want me to do when I run out of sets, they said I should start using insulin pens instead.

I've now requested to speak to a manager as I find that kind of approach unacceptable. I'll report back, but so far, I'm not impressed with their approach and will go back to Medtronic when I'm due to get a replacement device.

Another matter is how much these companies charge for the privilege to use their software, given the fact that I have diabetes, which is not self-inflicted. This is not to say that they shouldn't charge at all, but to charge £500 for a firmware upgrade and then £3,000 annually for sensors and transmitters, given how cheap plastic is and how cheap it's to make electronic devices, to have a closed loop is shocking. The pump itself is round the £3,000 mark if not more. I'm not surprised the NHS is in crisis, but I'm very grateful to the NHS for the opportunity to use the pump.

We are being charged for an item we never had. I have been trying to contact them since June of 2022 and no one will respond. Then they had the audacity to submit it to collections and try to ruin our credit! This outfit is an OVERPRICED RIPOFF! Get your products elsewhere - Messer Canada is a fraction of the cost!

Air Liquide -Ikke kundeorienteret -og svære at samarbejde med.

Air Liquide er kontraktuel leverandør for SUEZ i Danmark -og jeg må sige at det har ikke været en god oplevelse. AL bruger forretningsmetoder som er kritisable og set fra vores synspunkt overholder de ikke kontrakten, som de ellers selv har formuleret til egen fordel. Jeg vil i alt fald ikke igen tegne kontrakt med dem og de virker til at være topstyret fra Frankrig og tænke mest i jura og konflikt og mindre på langsigtede kunderelationer. Der er bedre alternativer i markedet heldigvis.

They do not care about you

I don't know how these people are in business. They simply could not care less about you or taking your money. I tried to open an account for my company and customer service -- even after I told them I was going to their competitor if someone didn't follow up with me -- was unconcerned. The person I talked to seemed like my bothering him with potential new business was the most annoying thing he had ever dealt with.
