The driver was late for collection of my car on our outward bound journey and we were left waiting an hour and 20 minutes for it to be dropped back to us on return.
We were given lots of excuses, a crash, bad traffic (utter nonsense it was early on a Sunday morning and we check the roads which were all clear), shortage of staff etc. If we had been told the truth we could have at least gone for coffee to wait. Instead we were just waiting in the cold, tired and getting more angry as time went on.
The driver who turned up just said it’s not my fault.
This was an extremely unprofessional service and I will not be using you again. I will be telling my family and friends who are frequent fliers not to use your company.

The booking was easy to sort out at a reasonable and competitive price

The booking process was fine, getting the car dropped and collected was okay. The bus service wasn’t good it took time waiting, without any visible notice how. Long remains waiting. Other parking bus services are much better, and frequency is more reliable. The bus driver upon return was rude, came across like a thug towards a woman, unprovoked. He was too busy watching football on his phone whilst passagers waited for him to decide what time he felt like driving. Also no clear rules or notice about not allowed hot drink or food even if intention is not to eat on the bus. Some passagers were forced to throw their goods before getting the bus. Given a choice, don’t use this service. Also their male toilets didn’t work and nowhere warm to wait for the bus. Finally no proper bus stand where bus stops exactly outside waiting area.

Very clear info, parking guys was there when we drop the car and on return . car kept clean. Booking again for this weekend.

Disappointed by the hidden extra charge for the shuttle bus to the terminal.

Booked park and ride, but we weee directed to the meet and greet on the day. Very helpful service. No issues at all. I would certainly use them again.

Absolutely spot on. 2nd time we have used this company and can't thank them enough. Got a early flight home and they was just as accommodating as ever. Would definitely use this company again.
