Be warned this website is dropshipping a product from China, most likely from Ali express. It does not hold stock in the UK despite having a UK domain. The claimed “air purifiers” are NOT air purifiers, they are just below standard fans that blow hot and cold. It does not purify the air.
They use false sale tactics on their website, using Shopify plugins which display on the website “only 5 left”, sales when there isn’t sale just a marketing technique. There is also a constant “Sarah in London just purchased” which is not true, it’s deception to try and make you think they are more popular.
I found this website after searching for the best air purifier on google. They pay to promote a website that ranks the best air purifiers, theirs is listed at the top, and if you try to access the other ranked products, the websites are dead links so they con you into thinking theirs is the best.
Like many others, I wanted to cancel as soon as I made the order. They told me it’s already been shipped and I can’t cancel. It arrived and I knew it wasn’t the product it said it was. I emailed for a refund and like others, they told me it would cost too much to send back. You cannot request a chargeback on your card if you haven’t sent the item back. So they do not provide you with a returns address so you can’t do the chargeback. I managed to get a refund of 20% back from them. I did want all of my money back but they make it impossible. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, IT NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN! Be aware of other similar sites selling a similar product. I actually ended up finding the same product I brought from this site on Amazon, for £75.

Awful cheap product, terrible customer service
Awful cheap product, poor quality. Terrible customer service citing every false reason under the sun to accept a return. Even said if they feel they have to clean it then I won't get any money back. DO NOT BUY!!

Waiting for a refund
Waiting for a refund - I have emailed over and over again and the communication and replies are non-existent!! Won't accept a refund and wants me to pay shipping fees and custom duties!!! UK1178
