Good Quality 4M Acro/Summer fun mat
Communication from the start was easy.
Ryan was very helpful and the product is perfect for 10 year old who loves Acro.
I have gone with for the 4m size so product doubles up as good summer fun (slip and slide).
Not opening until end May but was able to view an older version which helped see good quality.

Amazing service
Amazing service - ordered on the Sunday arrived on the Wednesday. Communication from ordering to delivery was excellent.
The Air Trax Gymnastics Mat was great quality came will electric pump and storage bag. My granddaughter said it was the best present she’s ever had . Top quality customer service and top quality item. Definitely recommend.

Delivery has been problematic
Delivery has been problematic. uPS failed delivery 2 times, then redirected to another location, still no advice on where that is!
It's a shame that the delivery experience has taken away from an otherwise good product. Your supply chain (end to end) should reflect the customer experience you wish to provide from our base to delivery- it is not outsourced!

This review appears to reflect your experience with UPS rather than with AirTraXUK. In situations where a delivery has not been completed, it is important to refer to the tracking number provided.
When you contacted us, we promptly resolved the issue by redirecting the parcel to a UPS Access Point to prevent any further failed delivery attempts. You were also sent an email confirming that your parcel was ready for collection.
Given that the matter was addressed and resolved, a one-star rating does not accurately reflect the service provided by AirTraXUK.
