no support, we've tried call and chat on their website but they just read or not answer phone. not a good business

Hosting is stable and gets the job done. I’ve had a couple of small hiccups over the years, but support helped me fix things fast.

In my business I work with multiple different hosting companies on behalf of my clients. While supporting a client, AIT support not only knew my client's account password (which means it is unencrypted in their systems) but disseminated their entire credentials via email. As a result we are shutting off all services with AIT and my clients will be advised not to use them.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with AIT Inc has been beyond frustrating. I requested the cancellation of my server over two months ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, they failed to process the cancellation. To make matters worse, they continue to send invoices and demand payment for a service I no longer use or need.

Their support is unresponsive and careless, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. In my professional career, this has been the worst hosting provider I’ve encountered. I would strongly advise others to stay away from AIT Inc. There are far better and more reliable options out there.

Great service from start to finish delivery lads very good took all rubbish away them assembled my sofa very pleasant thank you lads

Horrible company….cancelled my website continue to charge my card monthly. Won’t answer the phone, will hang up to act like they have bad signal…..no one speaks clear English. They have ripped me off for $4,000

Everything! Cancelled the website, had it in writing that it was cancel and paid for. Last payment was made through my bank because I would not give them a credit card since I did not trust them; it is now July 7 2023 and they are calling asking for money.
Spoke to a
woman named Lisa and asked to email about our conversation with the ticket number on July 6 2023 Got nothing but another phone call for money. Told them I am willing to contact my lawyer and the consumers report

Please whatever you do , I can’t emphasize enough, don’t use them, there must be better web hosts out there.
I used them because an acquaintance told me, he uses them and they were ok. Also check for yourself because it works for him but they were trying to scam me. BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY!!

I've used hosts all over and AIT is leaps and bounds the absolute worst host that I've ever used. If you think their support is bad, their billing is even worse.

I bought an email server off of them with 8 additional IPs. All was going great, I was mailing daily and couldn't have been happier. Until...

One day I couldn't log into my server. I immediately opened a support ticket. What should have taken an hour took AIT a solid 48 hours to fix. When I finally DID get my server back, all 9 IPs (original and the other 8) were blocked by every provider. AIT took my server, spammed off of it for 48 hours and then gave it back to me. Be warned that they offer email marketing services, and this is exactly how they preyed on me.

I can't tell you how pissed off that I was. Realizing what pure TRASH this company is, I thought that I would just cut my losses and cancel my account. Well, you can't. There's physically NO way to do it. They give you a phone number or an email.

I asked their live support to cancel my account. I opened three support tickets to cancel my account. I even called their VP of Finance, Lisa Briggs, to cancel my account. Guess what? They are STILL billing me.

If you should use this horrible company, be warned. There isn't a redeeming quality about this company. I'm fairly certain that it's a one man shop run by "Vitalii Savchuk".

I only wish that I would have paid with a prepaid credit card.

I had an agreement with them to build a word press website which was supposed to be done on a revised date of October 1, then it was November 1, and another five deadline commitments after that . Shame on me. Sometimes it was two weeks before I would hear from anyone and they would also surpass their deadlines without a comment. I have unanswered emails and email chains with commitments which they never kept. Now they are trying to send me to collections. Unless they get their team organized so that they can do one project at a time, I do not see how they can finish anyone’s project or websites. I really didn’t want to post a review about them because my mom has done business with them. But they are unresponsive and unwilling to be fair in the situation.

I’ve had to pay somebody with Upwork to work on a new website for me, purchase server space on Liquid Web, put off hiring sales for two months, and spent over 150 hours of my own personal time on workarounds to satisfy the needs of my growing business. This is all because of their lack of diligence in supplying what they committed to in their very own agreement.

Be very careful with this company's trial offers!!!! They offer $1 trial, however, they will give you server access around 2 days later (I am not sure why it takes so long), Their next transaction will start from the day you sign up, instead of you receive your server details. Make sure you cancel your PayPal connection to this horrible company well in advance.

I got charged for the second month. Ok, my bad not disconnecting it earlier, but they deleted the server before my paid period finishes.

Stay away from this company, try another one!!!!
