I joined a week ago and I felt so comfortable from the moment I walked in.
Training and support is excellent

I stumbled across AK Active on FB and so glad I did. As a woman will low confidence going to a gym really isn't an option for me. At AK they really do make you feel at ease, comfortable in your skin and the people are so warming and welcoming. After 4 weeks I am seeing huge changes not only in my body shape but my confidence and outlook generally. Anyone who feels unsure I urge them to sign up, there will be no regrets!

I started at AK active in April of 2021. The atmosphere, knowledge and passion from Adam and Kimberley rubs off on us all. I have never been anywhere else that has made me feel as motivated and encouraged as I do here. I’m so happy I decided to join it’s the best decision I’ve made mentally and physically. Thankyou

I've been wit AK Active since Oct 2019. From the very first session I felt part of a family. All through lockdown they have come up with ideas to keep us all focused but more than that keep us all in touch with each other. I've always exercised but this is different. This is not just a gym, it's a way of life encompassing both physical and mental wellbeing

Anywhere else. My only regret is that I didn’t find AK years ago. Kimberley and Adam are fantastic! They motivate you and push you with you gently beyond your limits.... resulting in you achieving things that you only thought other people could do!! Love it so much. Always leave feeling so much better than when I went in.

What a find ! Great place warm welcome and supportive, would I recommend yes yes and yes !!! Such a great group of people across a wide spectrum of fitness levels all looking to achieve amazing results.

I can’t imagine going anywhere else now! I’ve been trying for months to get something to ‘click’ mentally to get me back in the game; this isn’t just a gym, this is a group that are there for you every day, every step of the way.

Ak active is more then just a gym, it is a little community, Adam and Kimberley are so welcoming and supportive. I'd say Ak active has pretty much changed my life!!

I joined AK Active 4 weeks ago and in that time I have lost 10 pounds which is amazing for me! They created a nutrition plan based on the foods I like to eat and based on my current weight and how much I want to loose. This has helped guide my meals so much. The sessions at the gym are always so different and exciting meaning I never get bored of them. The support from Kimberley and Adam is great. They teach me the right techniques to use to ensure I don’t hurt myself with weights etc and will push me to do more (which I need cause I can be lazy!) They get to know each person and what their strengths are and what areas they need to work on meaning they can help so much more during sessions. The group of people that go are so lovely and having other people to support during tricky weeks makes such a difference. It is such a different setting than a normal gym, which I’ve tried many of and always given up by now.
It’s a whole lifestyle change and in such a short space of time I feel like a new person!

This gym is amazing . Feel totally supported and Not a chore to do a class because I know I will feel great afterwards. Only been a member for a few weeks and already I feel lighter and much better in myself . Kimberly and Adam are brilliant!

You will never go to a regular gym again!! AK do what is right for you - as an individual!! Everyone is so supportive and understanding, encouraging and motivational. It’s probably the best decision I ever made.

These guys are fantastic. As well as physical fitness, Adam and Kimberly also concentrate on mental wellness. Not sure how I would have got through lockdown without them.
