I ordered earrings for Christmas for my partner. It was during the postal strike in Canada and I had received notice that my shipment had been sent out. I never received them, checked with Canada Post, checked my residence, etc. They claim they had been delivered Sept 24 however I never got them in hand. Waste of 124 US dollars..do not recommend.

I ordered $100 guages from here and they NEVER showed up. They stole $100 from me and never sent me anything. They tried to say it's still on it's way but it NEVER made it to USPS. They are thieves. They will steal from you.

Ive had several custom pairs of plugs made by them and each time I'm blown away at how perfect they are.
Its hard to find some styles of jewelry in large sizes and they were able to make them for me!! Beautiful work.

Customer services was great. They sent an email out without the tracking number, got back to me within 3 days with tracking number! Got my order within 3 weeks of purchase date. When I got the tunnels the craftsmanship was incredible! I was so impressed with the design I took them to my local custom jeweler to make a silo at clicker for my septum & the was also blown alway by the craftsmanship! 10/10 will be ordering more in the future for sure!!

They look awesome just a little heavy they tend to look like there falling out after a couple hours. other then that I like them

I’ve bought from this place over two month ago and the first time my jewelry came the diamond was discolored, I’ve paid for the moissanite 9/16 plugs and they didn’t look like what I paid for. I was able to get another sent out after talking to customer service but it took 2weeks and when I received my product the package was half open and it was some kind of screw, and I proceeded to reach back out and they wanted the tracking and pictures so I sent it all and finally I was able to get another Oder sent out which took another 3weeks this time around, I received my product today and they sent me the exact same product twice. It’s been a headache with this place and now it’s like they don’t want to send my money back because i 100% believe this place is a scam

I've been wearing my tunnel gauges since January 2025 and have had zero issues with them! They are gorgeous beyond belief, and extremely well made! I will definitely order from them again!

I have a ton of jewerly from this place at first I was at a 13mm and now im at a 16mm and I truly can't get enough of this place everytime I wear my jewerly i recieve compliments the metal doesn't irritate my skin and it has a good weight im excited to purchase more for my second lobe

I currently own 3 pairs of AKAK earings and I just gifted a pair to my wife. The quality is A+, customer service is responsive and friendly, shipping takes a while but it's worth the wait. I'll only be buying from AKAK from now on. 100% trusted and, the compliments my wife and I get when wearing them is a nice mood booster as well. Absolutely worth the price, and I im looking forward to my next purchase.

I bought a pair of tunnels. They are amazing! I love them! There issue is they are too small. All of my jewelry is 16mm. Thats what I ordered. I tried doing an exchange and was told I couldn't return them for this reason. They wanted me to purchase another pair to fix the problem. I will never buy from this company. Buyers beware.

I ordered the tunnels with the stones inside, they look stunning and great quality. I had a question on the shipping and they responded right away, I would highly recommend these tunnels.

This company has been very solid. Every purchase at my size(2inch) has been correct. The quality and craftsmanship has been there as well. I have 5 pairs and now a ring. The tunnels are absolutely amazing. Shipping does take a little bit but the company has been responsive to any emails I send. I'm very happy with AKAK and recommend them to anyone looking for flashier tunnels! Will be ordering at least 2 more sets. Be mindful ton of haters out there who don't know any better and are scared of things they don't understand.

Gages are top quality for the price you pay.Definitely are getting a great deal for the price too.Good to be true until you purchase and realize that it is true. Definitely i can't wait for more gages to be made and more options.That would be pretty gnarly if they had a custom option , but in time we shall see.

The ear plugs are great and have a fantastic shine. I am very happy with them. Shipping to the Netherlands was fast in my case.
