I needed an emergency electrician during the evening because the electricity to all the sockets on one side of the house and half the kitchen, including the boiler, had gone off without tripping any switches on the consumer unit. Two gentlemen arrived within the hour and worked very professionally and efficiently together. They were both friendly and explained every step. The problem was not an easy one to solve but they enjoyed the challenge and took great pains to avoid causing any damage in trying to trace the problem. They left my home in the same condition as when they arrived except safer and with all problems solved. I hadn't heard of AK Electrical Services before I needed an emergency electrician. I am so glad I picked them. I would recommend AK Electrical Services to anyone and they will be my first choice if I need an electrician again.

Well, to say impressed is not enough, 4 guys have been before him and all were not able to resolve the issue, leaving me in the dark, till I come across this guys. Yes the price it's on the high end but they work so, so efficient, precise and quick that it's not going to worth a lot for the job done as they don't waste any minute at all. I personally can't recommend them enough, if you have a job everyone has gave up or refused, they are the guys. Again thanks for bringing light back to our life it was much needed :)

AK electrical came recommended and I didn’t get let down. He was very polite, came to quote on time, was very reliable and was honest about the work involved. No hidden costs and even saved us some money by not doing unnecessary work which was originally quoted. I would highly recommend them and their service.

AK Electrical were very professional from the word go. I'm an electronics engineer by profession so I can tell that AK Electrical knew their stuff and were only installing high quality components into my house. I asked for several extras during the job (surge protector and rcbos) and these were added for a very reasonable price. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. I will be recommending AK Electrical to my friends and neighbours.

AK Electrical Service...Wow! What a service to use. I personally, agree that they go above and beyond to providing outstanding customer service.
The Owner of the business and his trusted colleague arrived at my home, on arrival they explained what they were doing and how much it would cost.
The gentleman both talked me through, step by step. Identified each fault and explained what actions needed to be taken. This was all for a housing safety check.
I can now rest happy... Knowing my family are all safe under one roof!

I contacted them regarding work that needed doing they arrived straight away to access the work. Within a couple of days they were back and the work was completed. I had an issue installing an induction hob that was a little beyond my skill set to troubleshoot (the fuse kept tripping). They arrived, swiftly diagnosed the issue and now I’m cooking 🧑‍🍳
They also spotted another dangerous issue from recent electrical work (earth not wired correctly).
Very polite, and explained all the issues clearly. Cannot fault.

The guys fitted a security light and fixed our kitchen light without any fuss despite having to deal with complications with the wiring. They were good value and did great work.

Had an electrical emergency, with no power and heat New Years weekend.
Called AK electrical services, who were here in the timeframe they gave us . Also received a text to say they were 20 mins away. They got us sorted even though the job wasn’t straightforward. Went above and beyond to help us out including going to get parts. Friendly and helpful professional company. Would highly recommend, will be using them again for any future work we need doing.
