Steve and Kim were fantastic, we had a house fall through and then when we found another they switched products for us throughout the whole process to cheaper ones that were coming out. They had great patience with us and are also very responsive, would 100% use again!

Just completed on a remortgage from buy-to-let to residential. Absolutely amazing help from Steve & Kim. Found me a mortgage til I’m 80 not a position I thought I’d be in at this age, but life doesn’t always go to plan. Hi – I had a fantastic support from Akers Pritchett team. I want to give them highest point I can give on any feedback. There was regular comms, updates by email, text and ph call. My application progressed within a Week. They found the right lender and discussed my requirements and financial situation. Mortgage was almost agreed even before they officially submitted the application to the lender. Then this was just matter for the survey to be completed and then mortgage offer was issued immediately.
