The website is easy to navigate and ordering very straight forward. What sets this company above its peers for me is the fact they have all the systems in place to send gardening products to Northern Ireland which is brilliant. Time between ordering and receiving items is short and products arrive in very good condition. I am more than happy with my recent order.

My goods were shipped on the next working day after I placed the order, unfortunately it took the carrier, DHL, another 4 days to deliver it.

Good product, a little goes along way and good weed suppressant and slug and snail deterrent.

Great product, well packaged and delivered on time

The product arrived on time and in good order. It was quite a tricky delivery on a narrow country lane. The driver was very helpful and handled the delivery well with a minimum of fuss.
A good service and I am very pleased.

I ordered twobags of fine composted bark and one bag of compost all of which came within a few days as expected. the bark and compost are fine. However I was dismayed to find that each of the three large plastic bags was wrapped in a second large grey plastic bag. When i've bought such things from suppliers before they usually just send it in its own bag. or if they feel they have to it's in a cardboard box. This extra use of plastic seems entirely unnecessary. If they do it to prevent leakage from tears in the original bag it didn't work as one of the bags arrive with a small tear in both plastics. Please think more about the planet when sending goods. I am not able to collect this sort of thing myself being too old and decrepit, so I don't have a choice except to order it online for delivery.

Ordering was simple and clear and delivery has always been trouble free without any problems.

Best price I found online for the bedside tables I ordered and dispatched so quick. Was a bit nervous ordering from an unknown website but my nerves were unnecessary as it went smoothly and the tables are perfect. Delivery by DHL didn't turn up the day it was meant to but that's no fault of the supplier.

Ordered a 'blue diamond' frying pan, having already bought a saucepan which was really great. Frying pan came the day after ordering and was well packed. However it was too big for storage space we had. Returned it the same day, process easy and refund swiftly given. Pans appear to be good quality and good value for money. Would recommend them and company.
