I’m writing to express my ongoing frustration with the service I’ve recently received. Despite paying for next day delivery, my last two orders were not dispatched on time, and no communication was provided to explain the delays.
I understand that your business may be experiencing a high volume of orders, and your very busy but if that is the case, I would suggest reviewing your staffing levels or logistical processes. Many of your competitors continue to deliver reliably within the promised timeframes, if your unable to offer this service please remove it as a choice on your website , so we can all make informed decisions ( ORDER NUMBERS

Ordered peroxide with offer on website say buy 2 as get 3 free
When parcel arrived 3rd bottle never was add and they try to tell me I should add 3 to basked (never had to do this in past as system add automatically) expected better customer service and try to rip off customers with simple mistake they made it!!! Do not order as they will rip you off as well.Also be careful when order as when you press 1 system add to basked multiple items and you have to double check and remove it!!!

Please dont order furnitures from Allan Howard. Ordered 3 backwashes in December 2024 and on the 13th of February 2025 Ordered 5 REM mirrors.
When the backwashes got delivered, all 3 basins had to be dismantled as they were wrongly built. The plumber spend 4 hours to correct the basins which cost me additional £120 for his time. When he fitted the backwashes we noticed one of the chairs was faulty. If you try to get hold of Chris, forget it! Replacement was sent after a few weeks but with the same fault.
As for the REM mirrors, after asking most weeks when they finally will be delivered, still non the wiser. Ignorance is a bliss.
Ordered REM reception desk from company called 'Salon Direct ' 4 weeks ago, they kept me informed about the progress on my order and it's been delivered. Don't waste your time or money on Allan howard! Order your furniture from someone else

"I ordered a nail polish from this website on March 5th, and it was supposed to arrive between March 7th and 11th. Unfortunately, there was a delay without any updates, and I had to send two emails before finally getting a response. In the end, my order arrived two days late, which was quite stressful for me. The shopping experience was disappointing. I hope this store improves its customer service and communication in the future."

Please stop wasting business owners time ! Twice this week iv tried to buy in line and in store , I wanted payot and milkshake products . Seams milkshake can’t be bought on line or ordered from my local branch. I rang Stockport who have stock but don’t deliver . Total waste of about 3 hours of my time . Your business is to support salons not waste our time .
