The test was very easy to do and the instructions clear. I was relieved to hear that my daughter did not have any major deviations and therefore the recommendations were pretty straightforward. I really did enjoy having the talk with Albas dietitian to get a deeper understanding of our results and how to take actionable steps. I wish it was cheaper then I would do the test again but all in all I can recommend the service! Excited to hear they are launching an app soon!

It is an excellent new company to do gut analysis of the child. Their testing kit and test report are very easy to use.

Vi gjorde testet med dem och fick fantastiska insikter om vår dotters maghälsa. Framförallt var det intressant att se vilka områden vi borde jobba mer på och vilken typ av mat hon borde äta mer av. Väldigt tacksamt och insiktsfullt!

After going through a long battle with trying to help my sons eczema I turned to Alba to get more information. After sending in the test I received plenty of important information about how to improve my sons health. Everyone I’ve talked to at Alba has been very serviceminded and knowledgeable . What I like about Alba is that the people I have talked to so far have different sorts of expertise which is great as I get a wider understanding of the different areas to focus on. I’m excited to see how the suggestions from Alba will work out for us.

Alba Health has exceeded all my expectations. I can really tell that this is a company on a mission to help and educate. The test and consultation together ensured that my concerns were heard and that I received a personalized action plan for my son. We got great tips that fit into our lives. I also got a scheduled meeting with a nutritionist that gave me information about the result and how one could improve the different results. Vi valde att beställa ett test från alba health då vår bebis hade magproblem från start. Vi är jättenöjda med allt stöd och support vi fått på vägen. När bebisar har problem med magen förklaras det ofta bort med att många har det så och det finns inte så mycket att göra mer än att vänta ut det och man får som förälder en känsla av att inte bli hörd. Så när vi tillslut bestämde oss för att försöka med albas health började pusselbitarna falla på plats och idag är bebis 7månader och så mycket bättre. Rekommenderar igentligen alla att göra ett test då maghälsan visat sig vara av så stor betydelse men framförallt bebisar med kolik och liknande problem.

I love everything about the the service; new insights as the science behind the gut microbe is made easy to understand, the detailed report with what could be improved as well as practical advice about how to change my sons diet with new ingredients and recipes.

My son was suffering from mild eczema that kept re-appearing all over his torso, back and legs. When he was 1.5 years old he got sick and had to take antibiotics, and right after he had a big eczema flare. I found Alba on Instagram around that time and I am so glad for this. The test was simple and the customer service merits 10 stars. The report I received while very scientific was very easy to read and a clear action plan was recommended. I was recommended to make some easy changes to my son's diet (not only on food recommendations but also some personalized recipes), to change his probiotic, and even recommended a good dermatologist in my area. The nutritionist gave me some great easy tips and helped make the changes very approachable. It has been 3 months now since I made those changes and he has not had a single flare. I was worried that the summer would be hard as the previous summer he had his worst flares, but this summer, nothing! What a relief! I can easily continue with the small changes I made and I look forward to re-testing him to see the result. I highly recommend this product to all parents of small children.
