I have been speaking to Martin for the past couple of months regarding life insurance and critical illness cover for both myself and my husband. He has been absolutely amazing, nothing is too much trouble, he explains everything in detail so that I fully understand the policy, payments, terms etc. I have gone back to him so many times when I haven’t been sure or needed to amend things and he has been so thorough and conscientious and gone above and beyond every single time. It is always a pleasure to talk to him.

Do not use or trust with your personal details!!! This company are fully aware that one of their mortgage advisors leave their customers out of pocket but will still defend them. I am now £400 a month worse off for the next 18months.

We saw mortgage broker Steven Daley to start the process of helping us gain some funds to purchase a property for our son. He was very informative of different options and pathways we could take to fit our needs. There was no pressure, it was a relaxed meeting which we went away armed with information to enable us to think about how to proceed.
The whole process from start to finish was pretty much stress free and left us confident in knowing we would go back to them when our mortgage needs renewing at end of product term.
The admin side of things was thorough and all acted upon in a timely manner by the girls in the office.

Steve, Casie and the team were incredible at finding me a mortgage. My credit rating was very poor after a very foolish few years when I was younger. I'd tried so hard to increase this but I honestly didn't think I'd ever be accepted for a mortgage on my Right to Buy Property. They were both so helpful and patient when it came to explaining things to me and I couldn't believe it when I was accepted. They were also super helpful when it came to organising the insurance I needed. I wouldn't have had a clue where to even start this process by myself so I'm very very grateful it was all done for me!
