Finding a shed company which enabled me to use their on-line component design to achieve a bespoke result, guided by Toby of Albany sheds, rather than a standardardised shed every other local and on-line manufacturer wanted to sell us, was a revelation.

And we're delighted with the result, including the quality, service, delivery (on-time during the fuel crisis despite our location on the south coast) and installation.

If ever a shed could be both functional and pretty, this is it and very efficient at a reasonable price.

Thank you very much Albany, the shed fits perfectly to the rear of our garage in our new garden.

I am very happy with the construction and assembly of the shed and it completely meet our needs in the garden.
I opted for a shed with no wooden floor and the website gave me the dimensions for the wooden beams that needed to be fixed to the perimeter of the concrete base. One of the most useful aspects of specifying the shed was the facility to drop and drag the door and windows to exactly where I wanted and then get a 3D view of the final design. All technical enquiries were answered comprehensively and in a friendly manner. An excellent service overall.
The only feedback I would offer is to improve the alignment of the door in the aperture and setting of the lock.

We bought our Albany summerhouse a few months ago and we were immediately impressed with the quality of the timber and overall construction. There were a few minor teething problems but these were quickly sorted out by Albany customer service team. Their personal attention has ensured that our purchase is the best it can be and we are so pleased we chose to go with them.

One could not fault the Sales Service. The gentlemen who came to erect the shed were courteous and efficient. Give Albany Sheds 110%.

The shed arrived on time and they were able to deliver as the first drop of the day and it was assembled and erected quickly.

Shed/workshop is great quality, order process straightforward and very good communication with Albany and local agent.
We paid for assembly on site after receiving footprint dimensions and self-installing the base. Delivered on time, and the installation team were brilliant.

From start to finish, we had first class customer service. Being able to design our choice of component parts, via their website, to make the shed more of a workshop, and look like we wanted, is a big plus.
Our main concern, after viewing at the H/O and showroom, was the actual fitting, as you hear some horrendous stories, but we were very pleased with the team that came to fit our building. They did everything, and more, to ensure it was fitted professionally, leaving the area clean and tidy.
Would certainly recommend Albany to family and friends.

Without a doubt the worst company I've ever dealt with in terms of customer service and product quality.
Delivered to the wrong address, creating access problems for a complete stranger to me.
Refused to collect and re deliver for 4 days, so I had to pay a third party £50.00 to do it to placate a very angry stranger.
Albany not interested in contributing to this cost and simply ignored emails and subsequent telephone calls.
During the build, I noticed numerous very obvious quality issues.
Some planks split from end to end, Many nails missed the frames. Some nails sticking out so far on the inside as to cause a safety hazard, some not driven home, some frames split.
Albany ignored my request to fix or replace.
Eventually, and only with the assistance of their retailer, and after claiming that this was the normal quality of their sheds, they reluctantly agreed to send a few replacement planks and and one new panel. However they refused to attend and rectify the remaining problems.
Further problems with the second delivery and similar quality issues, notably, nails missed frames protruding from inside of door and planks edges cracked open by misplaced nails.
Albany ignored all emails and telephone calls trying to discuss this.
To compound this sorry saga, The Sales Manager, who I subsequently discovered was a Company Director misled me as to his true responsibility.
On the plus side the timbers are thicker and possibly stronger than some of their competitors.

I had a brand new shed delivered & fitted by this company but unfortunately the shed door is watermarked on each panel at bottom which ruins the look - on emailing them & having to wait for a response nearly 3 weeks later I was told it’s a stain mark - then I was told to sand it down myself & re stain it - considering I paid a large amount of money in the first place - there CustomerService aftercare is non existent - one disappointed customer who will not be recommending this company 🥲

Such great service. Staff were really helpful and the guys that delivered were really great and a credit to the company. I love my potting shed. Best decision I made to go with Albany Sheds.

I am very pleased with the shed. It is exactly what was ordered 12'x 6' and of a good quality construction. I was told my shed would arrive at 7am on the appointed delivery day and it arrived 30 seconds to 7am. Impressive! The two man assembly team had it built in under two hours with no fuss.

Really good service! I haven't seen shed yet but tenants are very happy, so thank you for installing it.

Great service and quality building, installers did a great job - would certainly recommend Albany Shed Co.

We purchased 2 garden sheds for our garden and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the sheds. We opted for assembly as well and really happy, as for small fee they fitted very quickly and we wasn't needed to worry ! Highly recommended as looks amazing !

i found the office staff to be business like and particularly friendly. The product was as good as I expected bearing in mind the reputation Albany Sheds has. for value for money Finally the gentlemen responsible for delivery and assembly were prompt, courteous and very efficient.

Very helpful company...they delivered the shed base 3 days early so I could add some extra preservation treatment. The installation team actually arrived early for the appointment and completed the installation in under an hour and a half. Very efficient and friendly service and a great product...highly recommended.
