I was searching for a gray tweed sport coat. Albert Nardoni came up with a “Harris Tweed” sport coat for $200. At only 40% of a genuine Harris Tweed it sounded like a deal. What arrived was a cheap look alike. The coat had a “Sean Altman” makers tag and no tag for materials used nor for cleaning instructions. The material seemed like a polyester instead of wool. The lining was thin and cheap with sleeve linings only a step from gauze. This was a $50 coat at best.
A google search of their stated address shows an abandoned theater. Their email customer service is for usasuit.com at an address two doors down on the same street. The also do business as 7 Day suits and Usasuit.com. All businesses have equally dismal reviews from customers. This business does just enough to stay just above the threshold for fraud.

I called customer service and they answered right away and gave excellent assistance.

My experience with Alberto Nardoni has been a good one. Got a tuxedo ready for a wedding event and it was as per the instructions I provided. Happy with my purchase

They are a total scam. Cheated on my shoe order that I have never received and repeatedly lied to me when I called them several times. I will report them to the government and elsewhere as well

Order was not complete part of the tux was missing, the second part of my order was not delivered on time. They were suppose to refund me for my missing item and the shipping and instead tried to say that it was a combination return. Horrible customer service will never buy anything from this site again and suggest you use another site for your suit needs

Very happy with my product. Received many compliments at the work holiday party! Product is well crafted with quality materials and fit was perfect. Merchant also honored thr 10% cyber Monday discount that did not apply at checkout post transaction and confirmed the credit on my credit card. I plan on purchasing a suits for future occasions.

I recently purchased this grey business suit from them, and it turned out to be a solid choice. The fabric feels good, and the fit was exactly according to my measurements. It really does fit like a glove.

I ordered a suit. It came in as the completely wrong thing, They tried to gaslight me about photo lighting making it look different, (so not true it was laughable) and when I made them take the wrong item back, they not only made me pay the $50 to ship it back, THEY PARTIALLY REFUNDED MY ORDER AND STOLE MY MONEY. I bought a suit from the Alberto Nardoni website for my father to wear to my wedding. I paid €346.84, including DHL shipping and customs duties.

The store:
• Shipped via USPS, which was not agreed;
• The product never arrived;
• They charged €32.57 in customs duties, but paid nothing to customs;
• I was forced to pay an additional €148 to Portuguese customs (CTT);
• They never sent the official purchase receipt, which is illegal;
• They don't respond to any emails or messages.

I'm in the process of disputing the bank, reporting it to the authorities, and now I'm issuing this public notice.

I was sent the wrong item. Called customer service and it was terrible… on hold for long time. Unable to understand the customer service rep when she finally picked up. She said that she would email a shipping label in the wrong item was sent and she did not. Paid $17.15 for return shipping and I have nothing. I won’t shop with you again!

Do not order from this store if you want a suit delivered later than what you paid for and a suit that isn't even the size you wanted. I paid for 3 day shipping and I had to stalk them and send them several emails to try a d figure out where my suit was. I received it almost 2 weeks later. Then they sent me a suit size I did not want. I wanted a 32 pants and instead was sent a 38 and the jacket was too big to fit me. I regret buying from here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered a tux based on the description on the website. What I received was completely different. I returned the tux, I was charged a $35 restocking fee. I paid to reship the tux which they charged me for and Alberto refused to refund my payment. I have called several times to rectify this matter and no one answers, or my call always goes to voice mail. Except for an automated email no one replys either. I wish I could leave a "0" rating.

I submitted a return request through their website, but that too has been completely ignored. After doing more research and reading other customer reviews, it’s clear that this is a common issue with this company—poor communication, no accountability, and zero follow-through.

False advertiser. Ordered what was described on the website as a wool suit; got it today, not a wool thread in it. Avoid this company.

This company sent me the wrong size item. I couldnt exchange due to time constraints. They tried to bribe me 3 times a low "final offer" to keep the suit even though the offer wouldn't cover the cost of alterations. When I asked to return for the 4th time customer service went south. They charged me an additional $55 to return it! Do not buy from them. They gave an F rating on BBB for a reason.
